Theres always a long wait...usually only one teller waiting on customers. The Citibank Reps are always trying to direct you to the ATM. Theres always a long line. Especially in the morning and the Manager, Rafael makes nothing but excuses for there always being a problem for understaffing and/or with people who aren't trained. I wonder why theres so much better service in the affluent neighborhoods. I wont come back to this location.

Ridiculous frustrated bank visited 4 Citibank locations here in the Bronx to open an incredible account, could not do it. Bank is extremely stingy, they have almost no employees, no one to receive you and give you some information or how long they will serve you, no one, only two busy tellers and no one in customer service. Apparently they don't want to pay for more incredible employees, the cashier has to do customer service at the same time, I don't understand, they just need to clean the floor too. That is why they prefer CHASE BANK, it is the best bank since they arrive, they help you with everything... use CHASE, it is the best bank with more branches and better service.

Yisell fereira has the most nastiest customer service . She’s very rude might be racist on the way she handled her way into helping me . I don’t understand if your not happy at your work place then just simply quit .

Most women at places like this just want to look cute and do a minimal amount of work. Just walked out of there after having an issue with the ATM. It dispensed my money but got stuck in the machine as the trap door kept closing and opening. So I’m trying to wave the lady down while staying near the machine so no one would try to use it and she sees me immediately but puts her head down and tries to cover her face while laughing with a coworker. So I went to go talk to the coworker who she was laughing with about the issue and she acts like she can’t understand what my issue is. Fortunately another worker was able to help me without any further problems. It’s a shame the girl at the third window with the yellow sweater and the navy blue headband would do something like that, I wonder how would she react if another bank teller did the same thing to her.

This place is the pits! Always crowded being it’s the only bank on a sector with a lot of stores business and restaurants the next Citibank is 10 blocks away. Check day is murder! The representatives are not nice very slow opening accounts and the tellers are passable. Put it this way the bank is too small to handle such masses.

No complaints, been with them since I was 18 years old. Never had issues.
