This branch should close or improve their service. I went to add someone to my bank account and it lasted almost two hours and in the end I was uncomfortable leaving without resolving anything because this wait is ridiculous, it is worse than in a doctor's office. I have had my accounts for 30 years and I have never seen such slow and poor service. The only reason I keep it open is because of the time it has kept your Credit report in good standing.

By far the worst location out of all citi banks. I miss the old team and the old management. Wait times are insane and service sucks. God forbid you ask for managements assistance. The manager Mildred I believe is her name is rude and dismissive. Better of taking the trip to another location and hope for better.

I went to the bank to open business account i had state issued documents along with irs ein letter the vice president named mildred vasques told me she had doubts in the documents and did not want to open the account and told me to try other branch

Place sucks, 8 windows available and most of the time only one cashier open, waiting lines go for ever in top of that the financial service have around 6 desk to help with investment and so on services, last Thursday went by to do some business and one of the 2 available ( I said 2) told me that I have to wait 2 hours, after 2 hours and half I contact the same person and I was told that she has customers with appointment before me , I left the bank .

People please be careful during off hours at this location. The ATM vestibule is not safe. It’s an encampment of young men during the off hours. The way they are situated seems suspect. It’s ripe for fraud and robbery. The security they provide is mostly asleep in the car out front or ignore the problem.

This location has gotten worse and worse most times in the weekends or early Mornings there’s homeless people sleeping or just hanging out inside the pictures is posted is 10/1/23 the door is unlocked and food probably from a homeless guy I seen there before . Very disappointing bank should do something.

Awful experience. I went to open up a small business account. I did not have my Social Security card with me so Mrs. B. Perez (the representative) put my paperwork aside and assured me that I could email a copy of my card and she would process the paper work for opening the account. I emailed the information to her and she confirmed receipt. After two weeks, I hadn't heard anything about the status of the account. I then left her an email inquiring. She replied, "Sorry, I've been busy but I will process your paperwork immediately". Another week went by and NOTHING! I returned to the location and dropped a note to her asking her to please contact me via email or cell to let me know the status of the account opening. Close to three weeks later, I have not heard back from her. No email. No call and no consideration for my business. This is not professional and I feel totally disregarded as a customer.
