Like other clients, I assumed that our concerns or issues shall be addressed politely by the branch (customer service) where they bank. My meeting with Madam Daisy Jimenez was unpleasant. She talked loudly in a domineering posture. I felt belittled, dismissed or cut-out unprofessionally. There was no customer service at all. I was told to do the actions needed on my own without any help at all.

Worst Citibank branch. Makes you sign your name and takes people who came after you first. Maybe they checked my race or something else and decided to make me wait.

I have been going to this bank for over 30 years and there are still employees who have been there that long. Since the beginning they have always been professional, personal and well informed. Disappointed to see so many negative comments. Carmela, Teresa and all the others have always been wonderful. I even have observed them with other customers and they are friendly and professional. This is my bank and I would never go to anyplace else. Keep up the great work.

i don't understand these reviews, i drive out my way to get to this bank ,with great customer service, been going to them for over 10 yrs , never had a problem, they show great professionalism.

My wife had a horrible experience at this branch. From the moment she walked in Daisy Jimenez was very rude, very loud, dismissive and unprofessional. She obviously has no knowledge in business banking or handling LLC Clients. She went telling my wife that the business was not ours, she said she googled our business and couldn't find my wife's name anywhere basically calling her a fraud. Trying to embarrass my wife in front of the other costomers. Daisy then tried to tell my wife that because her address was in Manhattan that she could not open account in the bronx which is unheard of ..We have been banking with Citi bank for over 15 years with our personal accounts (not at this branch thank god) and I could not believe how badly this woman represented this establishment. Thankfully we went right down the block to chase and successfully opened up an account with no issues at all whatsoever so i don't understand why we had such a hard time with this Daisy woman but I'm glad we were able to get it done at chase where they treated us like actual human beings .

The Morris Park Branch never answers the phone very poor customer service! When you go into the bank the older woman who work there are very nasty & rude. I have never experienced this in any other bank time for me to change banks.

this branch is horrible, starting from vickie to the rest of the employees. no one has knowledge on how to help customers and they are quick to dismiss you . go to chase they are customer friendly with knowledge.
