Ordered through the app and they managed to get the order wrong, reading is fundamental. I do not like beans so ordered no beans. Get home ready to eat open it up and see a thick layer of beans under the cheese and veggies. Hope my garbage enjoyed its meal! Never going to this location again.

Honestly I don’t see this location lasting, the prices are significantly inflated(at least x2.5 what u could get for less) compared to everything else in the area. The food was cold and you will still get charged full price for shakes of food for barely anything when they run low on food. Don’t come here for food, go literally anywhere else in the area and you will get better quality, more food, and warm meals for far less. But be nice to the workers, they probably get paid minimum wage as it is.

I saw no hairnets on the workers,and on top of that my friend found a hair In her food when we got home.And the workers in the back all they do is talk and the line is getting longer&Longer,Ni management what's so ever ?????

I’m glad to have a chipotle in the neighborhood. This stop was empty for a long time.The staff is VERY new and it shows. The well oiled machine is not here yet. Despite having a full sized team, everything is behind. The floor is dirty, the tubs of food are almost empty and cold. The portions given are small and inconsistent even when not crowded.Hopefully they can bring in some senior employees to help them get off the ground. The staff is nice enough, but their inexperience in a busy location will be the death of this store without some experience.

service is really slow and food is not as good as normal chipotle. I dont blame the employees tho I live in the area and saw them getting trained for like a day (exaggerating a little bit) but if you live in pc you got no option type shiee

Chipotle doesn’t even taste like chipotle… they didn’t have pico or guac a little after opening? Said they ran out? The food doesn’t have flavor. I love chipotle, but this location has missed the flavor.

I consider Chipotle as a fast food restaurant but this one quite doesnt live up to that expectations. Lots of employees but doesnt seem to efficient as service was very slow. Reading some of the other reviews, I'm just happy to say I didnt find hair in my food, but I dont think I will be going back to be honest. Wish it were a Moe's instead.

The interior is nice. I asked for sour cream they said they didn't have anymore. I went to go pay and they said their card machine isn't working. Went to bank and got cash. After I came from the bank there I see a new chub of sour cream that they "didn't have". Then they said they don't have singles. At that point I knew they were either screwing with me or cause ain't no way they this unprepared especially during lunch time ?

The burrito I purchased from here had no flavor- the rice tasted like watery mush, the meat was not seasoned and there was very little of it, and everything else in the burrito was muddled mush as well. The burrito was also poorly wrapped despite me paying for it to be double wrapped.

The worst experience everThe workers were very unprofessional. They were speaking in Spanish about customers. They had no hair nets , their was hair in my food and I ordered at 3pm and they told us customers that their was no more rice just because they did not want to make it at the moment. VERY UNHAPPY BEWARE BEFORE ORDERING
