It's just a salon to dry your hair NOTHING ELSE, they are not specialists in blonde colors, the “stylist” Chabelys doesn't KNOW WHAT SHE'S DOING, my hair was light blonde almost white and I went to touch up my roots, which were 4 fingers away, she touched me up with a brown color and after 40 minutes I went and told him but this is too dark for the way my hair was then he gave me a bleach which made my hair a penny color at the roots and then he gave me an ash color dye after I told him WHAT I DON'T WANT TO CHANGE MY HAIR COLOR MUCH LESS ASH and showing me a color book which I had told him more than 3 times not to show me because the only thing I wanted was for me to tone down the color of the same hair a little NOTHING PLUS I repeated it 4 times and maybe no more color change, after seeing my hair with two different shades which NEVER HAPPENED TO ME in any other salon, she wanted me to go with two different shades of penny color where the growth was and below dark ash without the colors sticking together at least, according to her I had to go back because it was not a “job” second she said it was not 4 hours which I have always done this retouching process because I am over 15 years old with blonde hair in one day in less than 4 hours, he came back and gave me bleach and my hair was uneven, above which I told him to ask his colleagues for help if he didn't know what he was doing he told me that he has been doing this for 40 years work which DOES NOT APPEAR and he charged me a sum of $250 for a job done poorly. I was only going with snow and a person who was next to the snow to dry me because he didn't even know how to do that. My hair the next day was horrible, I couldn't even blow a blower. I went at 9:45 AM and left at 4:45 in the afternoon just for a root touch-up and not even that could do any good apart from the fact that they charge me for a job that always pays $120 because I have short hair around the corners. man and it was only my root.
