They don't know how to pick up their phones, Which is ridiculous. Rather than leaving you with a call back number the service hangs up on you

Worst financial advisor MIGUEL COLON! Back in June 2019 lured into getting a mutual fund I didn’t understand (OGIAX)! He doesn’t care about the clients. Made me loose 7k! Unfortunately, I stood quiet when I had a chance to speak up. I wish I could speak to someone above him to explain what actually happened! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! could’ve offered me a CD instead… that 10 year trophy and the diplomas on his wall is part of his script…. (6/3/19-6/10/19)

They take too long to deliver the card after opening an account, because they don't give it to you when your account is opened, but rather they send it to your home later, by mail.

I see Shelly one of the branch managers, she personable and knowledgeable. Cares about her clients and periodically calls to check on you.

I've been banking with Chase since 1988 (Chemical Bank back then) because of Direct Deposit. A bulk of my money is here. So much so I'm a Sapphire customer. Still waiting on my free safe deposit box though. They have multiple indoor ATM's at this location as it is a block from Yankee Stadium and the Bronx Supreme Court. They also have an unauthorized door person from time to time asking for "tips".

Worst chase bank location on the planet probably. The place is consistently overbooked with customers, lines are through the door, and staff is stressed out. In my experience, the one over in Washington Heights is a little bit better, but still similarly overwhelmed. We showed up on a Saturday and someone on staff said “we’re closing in two hours so we’re not seeing anyone else,” she then said we could schedule a visit for the following Saturday at 10AM. She gave us a signed business card confirming our appointment, but the following Saturday, when we show up for our “appointment” they let us know that they don’t actually do appointments. So, we had to sign up and wait for over an hour.

This branch deserves ZERO stars. I work at a law firm in the city. I stopped by here this morning on my way to the Bronx Supreme Court to deposit checks into different guardianship accounts. The teller at the "Business" window asked me if I am the person on the check. I told her no and that the person is our guardianship client. She then told me that she cannot accept it because I am not the person on the check. I told her I do this all the time and that the attorney on the check is my boss and that he is the person's guardian. She further said that she is just doing her job. I was so disappointed at what was happening that I asked her to return all the checks to me. First of all, I was NOT cashing the check. Second, I was actually trying to deposit it into the person's guardianship account. And lastly, what she should have done was just simply enter the bank account into the system and look into the account profile instead of making herself look like an idiot. The lesson here is "NEVER DO BANKING AT THIS BRANCH AGAIN!" I will certainly report this incident to the branch by my job who handle our accounts.
