No teller's available for money transactions, someone always at the door asking for money and most of the time only 2 (if that) out of 4 cash machines work...

Worst customer service. They load ripped bills into the arm, and the tellers yell at you if you request them to be changed. I think they should label the bank as a limited-service branch to save us the time wasted traveling there.

Googled chase bank near me. This was the only one that didn’t say it was only an atm location. Walked all the way over there right as it opened to find out this location doesn’t have tellers. Would the freaking google search specify this? No! Only to be told that the burnside location has tellers but when I search up that location it doesn’t show up so I have no idea where to go.

I USE THE SELF SERVICE ATM BUT THERE INSIDE SERVICE IS GOOD FAST AND EFFICIENT THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS.

If you’re thinking about opening an account at this chase bank you better make sure u have a blood sample and a stool/urine sample as well, they ask for so much just to open a simple account and even when I did come with the stuff they asked for they still said they couldn’t open an account for me

Zero stars if possible. This corporate bank that is one of the most powerful in the USA, located in a poor neighborhood in the Bronx, is staffed with tellers who refuse to issue you money from your own bank. She told me to just walk to one of the locations a mile away. Elderly and disabled people beware of bad service from rude staff and a glorified ATM station. SHAM

this is not a safe location. they no longer have security on premises and people are constantly set up by the "door man" (homeless person holding the door and accessing entry to anyone with or without a card) and his comrades on the outside. chase really needs to look into this. they pretend to be helpful and then their partner follows you and robs you. chase needs to take into consideration the customers safety! do not stop here. find another location where it is safe.

I am a chase customer but it is sad to say this bank needs a major change at this location. This area you have to be aware of what's going on at all times. There are no more tellers you walk up to you have to put your deposit/withdrawal slip into a tube and send it then someone comes onto the scree to assist you. What a waste of resources and it takes twice as long to anything. And always some atm machines do not work. WHAT A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT !!!!!
