I had a problem when someone followed me into the bank and I asked the female security if she saw what happened and she was either high/asleep/ or slow cause it happened right infront of her and she was legit clueless

Good, not great. They said they would fix the ATMs contactless card reader when using the phone to bank.. but they never did. All them don't work with my Galaxy device.

They are the worse. I went to their branch to speak to someone and they said I needed an appointment because of covid restrictions. I tried to make the appointment then and there but they said they couldn't do that and that someone would call me in 30 minutes. No one ever called, so I had to call them myself the next day to make the appointment. My appointment was for today so I went and the branch was closed! They didn't even notify me that the appointment was cancelled!! They clearly don't care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and never bring your business there. I know I won't bring mine ever again.
