Unhappy customer! I had an ATM at this location take my money during a cash deposit and shut down during the transaction! I panicked and immediately went inside the branch to speak to a branch manager who informed me there was an hour's wait to talk to someone about the situation. She advised that I call the number on the receipt to speak to a representative who would put in a claim for the problem and that I would take the exact steps that branch personnel would be doing. She ensured money would be credited to my account.
I immediately filed a claim with the ATM cash deposit receipt, and the claims department has yet to issue me a credit for my $1,000 cash deposit! This is fraudulent!! It is 2024, and an organization of this magnitude, such as Chase, should have more than available resources to investigate and credit the customer their hard-earned money immediately!
Be wary of Chase with your money and this location ATM’s!

Unfortunately I have to go to this location on regular basis to make my company deposits. Tellers are usually engaging on personal conversations with each other’s instead of making the process faster and more professional to customers. Today I got an associate who’s name was Duberto, he kept having a personal conversation with a lady associate. He handled me only one receipt out of the two ones that I am supposed to get because he was concentrated on anything else but doing his job. When I pointed that I was spending there longer that it needed to be his response was rude and his tone very disrespectful. Probably the manager of this location needs to correct those behaviors.

This is the absolute worst branch that I have ever banked in with Chase. The tellers are extremely rude. They are nice to some customers but I have noticed that it is some and definitely not others. I have been going here for a while switched over from Citibank but to tell you the truth it is way worse. Chase was also sued overall because they kept slapping overcharge fees on people--kept forcing my balance into negative balances and then slapping on another fee---it was ridiculous. Still this bank branch used to have nicer tellers and workers but now it's just obnoxious people at the window who I don't even recognize. Seems like they switch staff over a lot and you never see the same faces---didn't used to be like that. Managers don't seem to care and act worse than the tellers--don't bother asking to speak to one--it isn't worth the wait or waste of your time.This is an update--so the bank forcibly closed my debit/checking account with NO REASON just because I complained about this bank. Forget Chase bank and this branch. I've been here 20 years and that's how they treat customers. This branch is the worst branch ever.

Clean bank, nice staff, every since covid there has been security guards inside and a bit of a crowd outside of the bank but good service nonetheless.

Today's visit gets a minus 1 I wanted to see a banker for personal an safety reasons an was told a teller can assist me an I got put on display maybe she thought I could have been playing or even trying to hold up my neighborhood bank that I been banking with for probably over a decade if I was elderly or even another class of individuals would I have gotten the same treatment #where the staff at before covid at least they knew my face walk an forehead I did not feel safe or a since of hospitality

There are homeless people with chase cards begging for change after hours at this location. They will use their cards to open the doors and expect you to give you something which seems unsafe

Atm area is always a mess, people crowded around begging for money. ATMs are out of order frequently and has eaten my atm card multiple times. No sanitizer in the atm vestibule.

Manager, Debra, and all the tellers are not client friendly. We have a business account there. They refuse to explain why we cant cash a check, being a signer, even with it being under $2,000. We had no problems every other week doing this for years. Now, they refuse to explain why. Even with our Relationship Advisor on the phone with the branch manager Debra.

Today 8/8/2018.....only one teller at 11 am was operating.... a Wednesday of the week. It was not rush hour and the line reached outside the door. It is unacceptable! I always thought chase was better than Citibank in all ways but after today, I have my doubts. I waited more than 30 minutes to get to the teller. I'm considering closing my account with chase and moving to Citibank.
