Lines are usually long with no more than 2 tellers ever working. I don’t appreciate being ambushed when I walk in the door and being asked what I came in for in front of everyone standing on line. If there is someone present looking for someone to rob; I certainly don’t want to announce that I wish to make a withdrawal!I came in about 2:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday with the intention of opening a checking account and was told that there was no one available to help me that day. I was advised to return the following Monday! I felt dismissed, insulted and that my business was not important to them. I changed my mind about opening an account and have taken my business elsewhere. I still frequent this branch to make withdrawals from an external account but that is all that this Chase bank can do for me.

Very bad service, you come at 2 in the afternoon to open an account and they tell you that they must give you an appointment for the next day, you come to your appointment the next day and they tell you that they will not be able to attend to you, that they must give you another appointment, a bank disaster. Not recommended

As a full grown fully functional working professional adult I continue to feel profiled when I’m entering this bank to get access to my account. It has happen to me countless time but for the past 3 times I’ve gone into this bank. A banker named Luis comes up to me after I have already consciously passed 8 atms. To asked if I would like him to “walk me through using a atm” outside of the bank. I have not even been in the bank for a minute before he always comes up to approach me when I’m not even waiting in a long line. He has no idea what I need why I’m waiting for a teller to get access to my very own money! As I am next in line today, to wait for two tellers he walks up to me again! Why???? I do not need your help!!! This time while I am completing my transactions I look behind me as a white women and white male wait in line, however Luis did not approach them at all just like the last time I was in the bank. This is crazy!! I have been banking with Chase for the past 20 years and I’ve never had this issue at any other location. Do better!!

Very professional service provided with great Kindness! All of my questions are always politely answered. I have traveled to most of the major cities of the world and been to well known banks. This branch definitely relates to most of the overseas, well known, Top Branches, and it's all because of their SERVICE! I get very uncomfortable if sometimes I have no choice but to go to any other branch rather than this one.

It’s the first time I open an account under Chase. And what I received from them is a problem after the the other. I have to verify my SSN twice because the first time one of the staff typed it’s wrong. I have to comeback so many time to fill out the SSA -89 and W-9. The first time I came back with an appointment, the staff make me sit there for a good 20 minutes after she said she will be right back. The second time I came back with an appointment and was waiting for 15 minutes then I heard from the manager that she was having lunch at that time when she had a appointment with me. The third time I came back I finally have a changed to sit down and fill out both of the form with a different staff. However, my bank still block and will be close soon because when I fill out the form the second time I didn’t fill out my address and phone number on the SSA-89 form. I had been asked the staff that both of the form is totally complete and nothing is missing, and received a confident “YES”. But then when I call back to the costumer service to do a check up they said they have to close my account because I didn’t fill out my address and phone number.

This review is for the manager Mr. Smith.He is so helpful and charismatic.Whenever customers come in I am always impressed by how friendly and caring he is with everyone.

Service is extremely poor. There is a fowl odor inside. Staff is less then professional and lacking in basic courtesy with the exception of Kenia who is acually courteous. I am highly unsatisfied. I would not recommend this branch to others.

This Chase Bank on White Plains Rd. Is a Nightmares with Crackhead asking for Money to get HIGH. I Stop feeling Sorry for This People. This Crackhead are Sex/Drugs ADDICTED. All Bank have Security Video Night Vision Cameras 24/7. Cop are Watching Everything.
