All I wanted to do was to pay my Chase CC bill, but the transaction couldn't be done because my photo i.d expired. No thanks to this situation, I had to pay the bill elsewhere plus the service fee. Unfortunately, the payment will not arrive until the next day, which means I'll be penalized with a late fee. All because of an expired i.d. It's bad enough Chase has cut my credit line, now I have to pay elsewhere in order to avoid the hassle as a result of covid and inflation. Oh I didn't need the teller from this location to be sarcastic after informing me the transaction couldn't go through.

I was just at this location trying to open a student account and the person was so unprofessional she was taking care of me and some other people of the same time she told me the wait was 2 hour and but the other person she told them to wait she was going to been seeing the manager get off the phone both of both was with no prior appointment. I try to speak with the manager and was told she was no there at the moment.

Chase customer service told me to look for a branch to have my issue resolved. Unfortunately I went to this branch where this lady has been so rude telling me to call the customer service after telling her I just hang up with them. Worst service ever

I was scheduled for an appt on last Wednesday and when I arrived I waited for a couple of minutes before asking security who I had to talk to since no one came out . I saw a banker on the far right . So when I approached , she was abrupt and rude. Granted she was at a meeting she said but still chase is known for their professionalism which was not demonstrated on this occasion.. then I learned the banker I was supposed to see had rescheduled her appointments for the previous day, yet I wasn’t notified of the change which was upsetting. The only reason I am giving this location 5 stars is 1)the teller apologized for the error which was the banker’s fault and 2)the teller reached out to rectify the situation by placing us in the hands of Pablo. Let me tell you Pablo was warm, friendly and professional in his experience with us. He was knowledgeable about Chase accounts and gave my daughter a responsibility talk that was amazing!!!!! I would recommend him to anyone who comes to this branch! Well done pablo, and thank you
