Lisa Ortiz an employee at this gave me the worse customer experience I’ve had in a well. She was very rude and agressive and turned away two other customers while I was at this location. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the manager is in a conference and wouldn’t be out for an hour, she needs to be fired because another employee came to assisted me and that was that, the situation could’ve been avoided if she didn’t have such a nasty attitude.

Machines are always down and wait time is tremendously long. Plan on being here for a while even if it's just for basic banking.

Exceptional customer service from Kathleen and lissette. Had an issue with a certified check that was stolen, and they were able to resolve my problem and went above and beyond. Great experience with this branch.

If I can give the 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrible, they have no tellers, supposed to open at 8:30am and I'm literally standing on line for 30 minutes waiting on someone to open. If you come in the afternoon they have no tellers. The manager is very rude. This is really bad for business people that have to go back to work. So when I asked the teller she tells me that they were in the back and only if a teller is available.

I don't know why Chase still having this office opened, the customer service is very poor and they only have one cashier doing everything so if you want to lose your entire day you must visit this branch, note: I use to visit them twice a week and every time is the same.

Visited on a Saturday for basic banking needs. There was no wait, and the teller was extremely friendly and competent at her job. No problems here!
