Very bad feeling, I don't recommend it at all, anything you do in this place is prepared to last the entire day because they only have 2 people serving more than 20 clients at 9 and I left at almost 1 in the afternoon.

The guy who assisted me put the wrong address. He did my account so fast and my card never arrived. It’s already a week late. The chase customer service phone line are rude, misinforming, careless, and keep transferring me to other reps without feeling me as if it is so hard to fox my address. 5 reps said they could waive the rush shipping fee for my card and one Indian rep said they can’t. Why is It always an Indian tryna scam. Even one working for chase rep center. Smh.

the worst of this JP MORGAN CHASE and the claim department i WARN YOUR they open @ 9am so if for what ever reason your get ROB FRAUD by the time they answer the phone your money is already SPEND.CLAIM DEPT IN ALL BANK NOT JUST CHASE SHOULD OPEND 24 7 HUMAN BEING GET ROB ALL TIME OF HOURS MAKE SENSE.....the alert is corrupted you get foreign country wish i suspect they are selling your identity to they friends BE CAREFUL when you call who pickup the call are phippino and from indian the same one that be on those call center calling you that you owe taxes BECAREFUL WARNING ⚠

i had a really bad experience at this location,they are really slow ,i am waiting for one and half hour open a new account,than i can not open a account because they are really busy with two customer ,,,,,can you believe that ?????
