I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Chase 11 Hugh J. Grant Cir in the Bronx. The customer service was abysmal. From the moment I walked in, I was met with indifference and rudeness from the staff. They seemed uninterested in helping and were extremely slow in addressing my concerns.
I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to get basic information, and when I finally did speak to someone, they were unprofessional and unhelpful. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. The entire experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning and would advise others to avoid this place if they value good customer service.

Courteous staff, incredibly long wait. I waited over 1.5hr to be seen. Don't come on a Friday.

Place is in a busy location so it makes sense that it's gonna be busy as well. I went to make an account and a credit card and shout-out to Mo for an amazing experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful!

Make the ATM 24 hours again. The security guards are inside and don’t let anybody in anymore because of whatever reason. Sometimes I need cash late night, I would come here but now it doesn’t even allow me to. Make it 24 hours again

A great Chase location! From the security guard (who is so helpful and so understanding), to the bankers and bank tellers - everyone in this Chase location serves the local Southeast Asian community well.

This location of chase bank is good cause I live nearby plus train station is there shopping area is there problem is long lines fewer tellers I go in the morning to get my things done so no lines.I went for something yesterday spoke to someone named Hassan in the front desk, very helpful and good hopefully he stays there to help other people.
