I never had a problem at this branch, EVER!! Bank reps are very kind and helpful especially Mr. Sukaj. This representative is professional and so down to earth. Even if I relocate I will still come to this branch:)

I couldn't open a bank account. I spent an hour and a half sitting waiting to be served and they gave preference to people of their race

They're familiar with foreign clients from Einstein/Monte/Jacobi (i.e. people on visas) and have always been very helpful in my experience.Once they even went out of their way to help me with a Signature Guarantee for federal forms which apparently is quite hard to get.

This branch is like beyond unprofessional, racist and ignorant especially the teller Donna . Never in my life came across such a nasty individual and very very unprofessional. These people are only nice to a few locals but everyone else super nasty . Never seen a place where they racially profiled people.Normally I do atm transactions because somehow I always get stuck with Donna if I have to use the window . Like at the end of the day people like her shouldn't be no where near a position to be dealing with people. The only people that come across genuine are the security personal and that's it. Unfortunately there aren't any closer branches in my area . So a lot of people are forced to come here and I'm forgetting to even get me started on how they treat the elderly like I've witnessed pure disgust . I recommend to find another branch if you really need banking because is a negative 5 stars ! That Donna teller needs to get fired !

They are racist point blank ,, and I live in the neighborhood it’s a horrible experience with them always. They should close this branch, I work in the city and prefer to go to those branches. It’s only good for atm transactions! I’ve even tried to open a business account here for my legal legit business and was turned away, 3 days I was able to open my business account in the city. Again please close this branch !!!!

A little congested, but the customer service reps are actually very helpful. The manager offered to wait with us a few minutes in order to add the newly ordered card to digital wallet. Very helpful as my bf left his card back home in Cali and didn't want to carry so much cash everywhere. Thank you!
