I'm a mom with a child who happens to have Type 1 Diabetes. This is a hard disease for any, but especially a child. It's another job fighting with insurance, specialists, hospitals, etc. To KNOW that every few weeks, Sylvia and Marie from Charles Pharmacy are ALWAYS a constant, always on their game with our supplies coming. ALWAYS having my back with the endo's office, the insurance company is a true comfort. I call, they answer on the 1st ring! To say I love these women I've never met is an understatement. Thank you for always being so caring, and understanding <3

I recently switched to Charles Medical for my diabetic pump supplies after having bad experiences with other suppliers. I spoke with Milly, we set up my account and she had my order out within a day. Thank you so much Milly, you are amazing! Charles Medical is on point and in a league of their own.

I've been filling my prescriptions for my Dexcom transmitters and sensors for the last 5 years. Marie is always responsive and courteous. She texts me whenever I'm due and makes sure all info is up to date. The service is everything I can ask for. Type 1 Diabetes is hard enough, it's meaningful and special when you find service like this. Thank you, Marie and the staff at Charles Pharmacy. Your a pleasure to work with.

My mother lives 6 hrs away and when she came for a visit she realized she hadn’t packed everything she needed for her insulin pump. Charles pharmacy staff were able to help. The kindness and caring they showed for an absolute stranger was overwhelming. Thank you all for today, may god bless you all.

Shifty staff shifty service staff and supervisors are rude and my baby is without supplies that keep her alive. Would have gave -10 stars if I could have!! Shame on this pharmacy!

The worst I have ever known. Avoid them like the plague if you value your health. Their so-called customer service is abusive, their information is always incorrect when I have had the horrible fortune to have to speak with them, and they will not even let me say a sentence correcting it. Just really, really stay away.

Best company for your diabetic supplies. The best staff and they shine in the customer service area too , always polite take their time and do all the work for you when dealing with insurance and doctors scripts, which everyone knows that’s the worst ever to deal with . I would recommend them to all my diabetic friends !!

This place has Zero Customer Service Skills- they are rude.. argumentative and unpleasant. They are unapologetic when a pediatric patients script is mailed out late. I recommend parents of Diabetic supplies run..

Horrible customer service, they will NEVER call you back or tell you your insurance doesn't cover the supplies. YOU have to be your own advocate and when i ask how come I was never notified, the girl states, "i forgot". Bunch of airheads and bozos working at that place, DO NOT BOTHER!

I had a great experience when I started using Charles Pharmacy last year. There were never any wait times when I called, and I always got my supplies on time. This year, I had an outstanding balance with Charles Pharmacy that I was told I could have 6 months to pay off, by multiple employees both in the billing department and front end. When they didn't ship my supplies out, I called and was told that they would not be sending them until the bill was paid off, despite the fact that I currently have active insurance that they are 100% covered under, and had already made a payment toward the balance. When I spoke to the supervisor, she told me that they do not offer payment plays and insinuated that I was lying because I could not give full names of the employees that offered me the payment plan, and they do not record phone conversations. She was extremely condescending and rude, and said "if someone offered me a payment plan, I would be sure to take down their information, so I'm not sure why you didn't" so I hung up and asked to speak to someone in the billing department who told me the same thing. Charles pharmacy has poor customer service and even worse management, and has no regard for the well being of their customers. Find an alternate pharmacy if you can.
