Terrible customer service.They had me waiting like 15min for my sneakers to come only to tell me that someone in the store would get my size.
The person never went to go and get my size!
All they do is joke around and never helping the customers.
This champion store is pathetic.

Customer service needs help desperately. It takes way too long to bring sneakers to customers. Everyone is concerned about the front . I understand folks steal and run. Money is also walking out the door . Customers as myself.

The manager(Christian S) at bay plaza was very nice, the service was great. The cashier Nyla R was very informative and also Duffy the sales associate was so helpful and made it easy for us to find the perfect shoes. Can’t wait to come back and shop! Thank you ?
