I’ve done taxes for my family’s company here for years. I called my mom and we’re switching to another place and I recommend everyone to please do the same.
While waiting to be seeing I heard the way one of the bosses, an older Hispanic women, treated their employees. I asked the girl if she was okay. She responded it’s tax season. It broke my heart. I understand that tax season is tough but there is no excuse to the disrespect.
I noticed that all the young people here are overworked and not appreciated. A place that doesn’t respect their employees is not worth my time or my money. This is simply not okay!
We are not bringing you business for y’all to have no respect for your young employees.

No clue about what is customer service. Front desk clerk talking on her cell phone while looking at me as if is her first time seeing a black man. Then have me waiting with no other clients as all the workers chatting with each other…

Was waiting on a call back never got oneCalled myself and was told very unprofessional that I should go do my taxes some where else but last year since it was three years together and charge for every year they helped me without any problem I told the “worker” like she called herself that I want to talk to the boss she said she’ll call me back am still waiting

They charged me over $600 just to register my LLC then never followed up with me, ever. I have called multiple times for assistance wondering what I need to do to maintain my LLC, specifically regarding annual reporting and taxes. Nothing. I keep getting told that someone will call me back. It only costs about $200 to register an LLC in NY. I thought I was paying a premium for good service and assistance when I may need it.

Submitted my tax papers 3 weeks ago and heard no update, called to receive an update today and said they had more important things to work on. The customer service is horrible and would not recommend.

Yes it a nice place and everything but they show follow the list, if a person leaves and comes back ,to bad it is not our problem, we been waiting for while, not fair to keep us waiting they should know how long it takes.People should be very patient and not cut the list or make appointments.

The customer service is bad, they put you on hold forever and when you do get the person you need to talk they are rude. Just came for some papers and the day before when I came and called then Jenny said come back between 10:00 to 11:00 and when I came and called she was rude telling me ohh it's not 11:00 and I was here at 10:14 I came between the time she said and can't get my papers ready for pick up, it wasn't work all I ask for was to get my file back that I give her. So disappointed!! Wouldn't recommend this place.
