Sold the car to them. There was an error generating documents in the app, but Mark printed them out on the spot, explained everything, and made the process smooth and quick. They gave the best offer in town, everything was suspiciously perfect... but lol we received money the next morning, and the loan was paid off a day after!

I thought Carvana was really well organized. Everything went smoothly. Until the time of delivery. I have to be present during delivery and I travel a lot, so I had to schedule a delivery weeks after purchase. Carvana sent me updates of the delivery process. I got one this morning at 8am saying that everything is ready for delivery tomorrow. 2 hours later they said they have transportation issues and need to reschedule. Someone failed to do their job. I dont accept that. They could have arrangwd another truck. Its very inconvenient.

I sold my 2011 Honda Civic to Carvana yesterday. I received my payment via direct deposit today. My overall experience was excellent.The following are some tips for selling a used car to Carvana:1. Check out the website of Carmax and compare their cash offer to Carvana's cash offer. In my own case, Carvana offered me $500 more. They also picked up the car from my driveway for just $40 more.2. While you are required to use your phone's camera to upload a picture of your vehicle's odometer, it is much easier to use a real scanner for all the other documents.3. Feel free to discard all the receipts that you received over the years for the service done to your car. Carvana doesn't need to see those documents.4. Some easy to forget items: Make sure to remove your E-Z Pass tag from your windshield, the registration sticker from your windshield, everything in the glove compartment, and any personal items that you want to keep. Also, make sure to have all your keys with you, as well as the original title and lien release document.5. The direct deposit option is much better than the paper check option. The payment clears by the next day, and your actual account number is not disclosed.6. For your license plates, just mail them back to the DMV at the post office. When you receive your receipt from the DMV, then call your insurance company and notify them that your car is sold. Your insurance company will then backdate the insurance cancellation to the date that the plates were actually mailed. Hold onto your insurance ID card and registration card until you receive the receipt from the DMV.And that's pretty much it!

Downloading to the customer dashboard was slow and cumbersome. Delivery was late and I was not notified of delay until I called to complaint.

Getting everything signed off on and set up was really easy, however, there is a lack of instructions and a disconnect with the text chat and the representative on the phone on how it works with financing or getting loans via a bank. The check out process must be completed first which I didn't know what was coming next when I was checking out. The pick up was cool and a fun experience that made me want to buy another car, but I can't afford that right now. The 7 day return needs to be shown in a better way because it is confusing and makes it seem like you are losing a day. Maybe hours count down as well? Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience and I do recommend carvana to anyone that asks about it.

AND, NT TO MENTION THE COIN THAT YOU INSERT TO RETRIVE YOUR PURCHASED VEH. OMG, EVEN THOUGH I SOLD MY VEH TO CARV. I WITNESSED AND ENJOYED WATCHING A COUPLE AND THEIR BUYING EXPERIENCE W CARV.
