This place is one of the worst places you can ever go to get furniture. I ordered a bed frame a week ago and when it got to me it was damaged. I took it back the next day and he said that he would send me another one on Friday and that he would call me on Thursday with a time. Come Thursday he doesn’t call me I have to call him and when I talk to his employees they didn’t even know what I was talking about. Told them to put the manager on the phone, the guy that I spoke to about the return and he tells me that it’s coming Saturday. I asked him what time and he starts laughing on the phone and tells me that if he gives me a time he would be lying to me.EVERYTHING IN THIS STORE IS CHEAP!!!!. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!.

Honestly I would give this place a 0. The furniture is really the worst ones and isn't good. I spent around $4,000 on a bed thinking it looks good and was going to last me at least 10 years. It hasn't been a year yet and the bed frame is already broken, the wood is peeling off, and the bed mattress is already damaged since the the bed frame is weak. I tried contacting with them and they want me to buy another bed frame. I TELL YOU THAT THIS IS THE LAST PLACE TO LOOK FOR FURNITURE!

If i could give them a minus I would. My mother inlaw bought a couch in end of dec 2019. It is now March for the last 3 weeks have been trying to get them to get the couch to repair, very unprofessional and unresponsive. They won't even give her money back. The inner springs have spread and sticking out. DON'T SHOP HERE! Sheisters! Empire Furniture who manufactures the furniture was willing to repair but Arafat from the Bx store was supposed to pick up and take to them and has not. he's the one who is irresponsible. Next step haul the couch there and ssk for refund. Oh and receipt says special order HE LIED IT'S THE FLOOR MODEL. UNTRUSTWORTHY. Don't waste your money here. Took months to get couch back, but did repair after many calls.

Was working with manager and as soon as told them I didn’t have the amount they wanted, phone was disconnected. They wanted me spend 2,300 and only had 1,400. I was willing take stuff out, but couldn’t even say that. If you looking to work with humble and kind people, this is not the place !

The people are very unorganized they tell you a certain day for the delivery time and they never show up. I needed to call constantly for them come set up some furniture it’s unbelievable and time wasting.

Terrible quality have spent over 2000 on stuff that isn't worthy at all lasting months or less than a year. Would not shop there again nor recommend this to anyone.when there is an issur duty the items purchased h avent received any solution and help very disappointed. The only ones who rate them 4 or 5 stars are foreign last names what a coincidence?

WORST FURNITURE STORE EVER!!
Customer service is bad, manager doesn’t address the cashier/receptionist rudeness to PAYING customers! Delivery showed up two days later with no proper explanation. They sent the wrong mattress (cheaper one than I ordered). Refuse to refund me the difference.
If your looking to purchase furniture, please spend your money elsewhere!!

I see i wasn't the only one with a bad experience in this place? First off customer service is terrible, i got a order from them. When i wanted to return what i purchased they lied about what you get back..you never see who the real maneger is and they are rude when they know you are canceling on them will call consumer affairs get this place closed down until they learn better communication and how to deal with customer's

Sales people were professional. Service was good. Delivery was only 20 min late. Still worth every dollar
