Very bad customer services. I bought the things brand new and they send me an user, second hand. I went to complaining, they promises to resend the replacement. It’s 4 months and I’m still waiting.

Sold me a electric bike left the factory foam inside with cardboard and basically turned it into a microwave and never acknowledges any responsibility luckily it only destroyed the 6 batteries and didn’t catch my home on fire what a joke

I went to all the electronics store in the neighborhood. They all wanted to charge me $150.00 and up toward $200.00. That was not working for me. I went to Bx Electronics and the guy made one call and at first said $150.00 I said no I couldn't do it as I had planned to go out of town. I'm not traveling with short money. So he understood that. Well I came back the next week he charged me $130.00 so I am happy with that. I picked my pad up today and I'm in heaven. Zoom will be so much better on the IPad as opposed to my IPhone

They sold me a refurbished tcl tv lied and said it had warranty. And it doesn’t! They dont wanna give me my money back ! I do not recommend to buy anything from them

Go else where. Sales person has no idea what they are selling you. Asked for a 120 volt and purchased washer /dryer under those pretenses. Received a 220 volt that does not work in apartments. Returned the item and they are trying to charge me $560 for a missing card board box and will not terminate my lease agreement with Acima although they sold me the wrong item.
