They have gotten better. You still have to search for that unique product. Basically, it's a Rumage sale, and hardly anything is where it should be. Lol. If you have large feet. They have your size and reasonable prices. Largest size I saw was 22. Suits are there as well. But the tailor is no longer present. I saw up to 64 long. There is a big and tall section as well. With the usual fare of colognes and perfumes with Christmas gift ideas all over. Coats are also available price ranges vary. Overall, there is plenty to see and very good prices.

This store needs a major haul over. Unfortunately, it is not handicap friendly. Yes, it is accessible but extremely difficult to maneuver inside, as their aisles are narrow and had so much stuff on the floor blocking safe passages. I require a walker for mobility so it was very difficult to get around in that store. They require more staff to tidy up and help maintain the stores appearance. The set up is ridiculous. They have a line of tables linked together blocking access to the shoe department. You must walk along side of the tables nearly half the length of the store in order to gain access to the shoes. Then once in the shoe department you are trapped in there as there's only one way in and one way out. Should an emergency arise it would be an extremely hazardous for everyone in that section to try and get out only using that one exit. Someone from corporate needs to address these issues for the safety of the public and their employee, as well as maintaining the integrity of the brand name Burlington.

I will say that Sunday Oct. 8th will be last time shopping at Burlington at Bay Plaza. The service is horrible, the store is a mess and employees are rude. Example: they decided to cord off the enter area. Then no more is available to open entry way. Once 3 of us try to figure out a way to enter store, we get attitude from an employee. For me, it's not worth the prices!!!!

This store has deteriorated. Went there looking for Jeans and the selection was small. All of the sizes were mixed together and the fitting room was closed. Decided to look for undergarments instead and, even though the selection was larger, the sizes were still mixed up. It's difficult to shop when you have to search though the isles to only find out they only had few in your size or the sizes are mixed up. If the organization was better, and the fitting rooms available, it would have been a better experience. The purse selection was ok and I found things I liked, but after the clothing issues I left without making any purchases.

Disgusting store!! The absolute worst I've ever been to. The display of inventory here is just beyond what I could have ever imagined. Things get messy, yes.. but there is molding popcorn on the racks where you wait in line. Open bags of food and sticky substances. It really is cringe. I personally did not purchase anything from here. I wish I had taken pictures to send to corporate, to be quite honest. I'm sure if I went there anytime this week.. these mentioned rotting items will still be there. Everyone that is staffed at this location needs help. This seems like a problem that's deeper than a manager or supervisor can handle. The officer at the entrance doesn't help either. Feels unsafe on every level. Yuck! Never again.

So disorganized and the line is super, crazy long. I spoke to one of the staff who said the only way, on any day, to avoid a line is to be there at opening time. Mind you I was only trying to return two items I bought. I would rather keep the wallets and give them away at Christmas then stand on that line. Gave them two stars because they had what I wanted and seemed to have good items if you don't mind sifting through the mess.

Deserves 0 star but google doesn't give that option. Accompanied someone here because not a place I'd shop. Line is to the length of the store and only 4 cashiers. Just disrespectful to customers! The stock and prices not that great either. And because the nasty people spend so much time waiting in line they have time to eat and drink so candy/food wrappers, empty water bottles etc were all over the floor and shelves along the way. Whole situation is so sad

Honestly, the place is a mess, the employees speak to customers like they don't want to be there and standing on line waiting to pay can be annoying with people on top of people, perhaps the spots on the floor return so atleast we can remind them to move back to their spots. What a shame cuz I enjoy Burlington

The numbers of cashier were few, that causes me to stand on line for ONE hour. Cashiers should be posted whenever the store is busy. The line was wrapped around from where the customer stand to be called to the men department.

Items were very disorganized, but at least items were hung up. The waiting to pay line was long, but it moved quickly. The restrooms & tryon rooms were closed, staff they have remained closed since the pandemic

Love Burlington, but this one at Bay Plaza is getting bad. I think it's getting too much for the workers to handle. It's a big store and a lot of merchandise.Too many racks. Too many clothes packed onto one rack. Not enough cashiers at times. Alot of times things are thrown around. Not always workers fault. Customers can be rude and careless in stores. The greeter is great.

I shop at this location quite often but I’ve noticed recently that they have closed the restrooms to the public!I stood in line for about 45 minutes recently, and during that time saw over 15 shoppers try to use the restrooms only to see the new sign “No public restrooms “. I asked management why and was told it was a decision from the corporate office! How do they expect their customers to support such a large store without the convenience of restrooms!?Inconsiderate if you ask me!!I have not yet checked to see what the law says, but I will soon.FYI…The same is true for the Burlington Store in the Cross Country Mall, Yonkers.
