Yes, you may have good products, but you have to think twice when making the payment because, having 12 cash registers, and always only work 2 or 3 of them. it is a line of 1.30 to 2 hours in line to make the payment is a stupidity how bad this is. Did the owners care about the time their customers lose, no they pay less worker and don't care about us.

This has to be the worst Burlington location in all of New York STATE. The lines always wrap around and they are always understaffed. The shoe department is a hot mess, clothing is literally everywhere. This store needs immediate intervention by regional managers & change in management. Customers will travel to avoid this none-sense. Bronx residents deserve better!

There is nothing to say about the store as such, not about the clothes, or anything they sell... what must be noted is the lack of staff in this business, where you have to stand in extra lines. of an hour and the attention is often terrible from the few cashiers, I don't know what to think, maybe it's just a lack of desire to pay for more employees, because it's always the same, every time I go here it's the same line... apart from that, many families take your little ones and waiting generates stress, apart from that hunger, tiredness, everything that wait generates... it is agony! There is no signal so you won't be able to entertain yourself with the phone at least! If there was wifi perhaps one thing compensates for the other, but neither one nor the other! If you go here you must be patient to pay! Minimum one hour.. or go with someone who lines up early while you shop.. đď¸ FATAL

It's always the same in this Burlington, waiting more than an hour, very bad, terrible service, I don't think there is a manager who knows how to run a business!!!

Horrible experience. Waiting over 1 hour to pay. Long line of paying loyal customers and only 2 cashiers. So sad . I wonât step into this store location again.

Terrible service today, August 15, 2024, I went to buy some things I needed
And I also changed some products because I also bought yesterday in the same store
And the attention was really a disaster
They need people trained in customer service, the cashier Monette and the supervisor VerĂłnica, if nothing else, I'm not mistaken, the afternoon shift, terrible customer service, one buys with their money, I didn't go to get the things as gifts, they really need to change staff, they work. reluctantly, in a bad way, they respond defensively, they don't even look you in the eye, they respond terribly. I don't know how you, a large prestigious company, have these types of employees working here, I don't know why they haven't ordered him to take a course in customer service the ordinary supervisor arguing with me with the one he feeds is this seriously?
Because if it really wasn't because people shop there, Burligton wouldn't exist.
I clearly told him if you don't like your job, leave!! And give the opportunity to another person who really needs it because you are too ordinary and racist just because I spoke to him in Spanish

Horrible, store schedule says it closes at 10 pm , at 9:30 they wouldnât let me in the store , and I quote the employees words; âweâre not trying to stay here , we have plansâ. As far as Iâm concerned this is a franchise, employees should follow the schedule, plus very hostile when speaking to the people that wanted to come in , including myself. Bad way to represent the Bronx!

A district manager should come and fired the manager due the lack of customer service. Manager very derespectful when asked why we the customers needed to wait in line over a hour in order to pay. Her response was that she didnât care that it is what it is. I told her customers pay their salaries that she should handle people with professionalism and respect that she was not conducting customer service properly. The lights are the registers were off. Employees walking around and checking their phones and ingnoring the situation of the long lines as you can see on pictures. Plus the merchandise is basically garbage due the fact that is the Bronx meaning poor people doesnât deserve quality. Which I found it and took it as discrimination by ethnicity and race. I hope the owner could read this message and see how his money is been handled at this store. And send better merchandise since people pay with their money ? it is not lien is free.

Expect to be in line for 3 hours since they only have 2 cashiers a day
