A district manager should come and fired the manager due the lack of customer service. Manager very derespectful when asked why we the customers needed to wait in line over a hour in order to pay. Her response was that she didn’t care that it is what it is. I told her customers pay their salaries that she should handle people with professionalism and respect that she was not conducting customer service properly. The lights are the registers were off. Employees walking around and checking their phones and ingnoring the situation of the long lines as you can see on pictures. Plus the merchandise is basically garbage due the fact that is the Bronx meaning poor people doesn’t deserve quality. Which I found it and took it as discrimination by ethnicity and race. I hope the owner could read this message and see how his money is been handled at this store. And send better merchandise since people pay with their money ? it is not lien is free.

Dont expect a quick checkout experience. Had two items to purchase, and the line was 12-15 people long with one person working and the others just chatting. Just order it online and let this place shut down due to poor customer service. Definitely would not return or recommend.

This has to be the worst Burlington location in all of New York STATE. The lines always wrap around and they are always understaffed. The shoe department is a hot mess, clothing is literally everywhere. This store needs immediate intervention by regional managers & change in management. Customers will travel to avoid this none-sense & profits will never be made. Bronx residents deserve better!

This place is a joke. As soon as you enter, there is a police officer sitting down and a worker at the door who checks customers before allowing them inside, almost like entering a VIP club or a fair. There are only two cashiers and 12 registers, but when the line gets long, they do not call for additional help because the other employees do not speak English or have not been properly trained on how to work the register - they simply restock and organize the store. The store employs secret shoppers who shadow customers around, presumably to prevent theft. While I understand the goal of preventing theft, I believe that is what the police are there for. The management is not efficient, and some items are not priced correctly, leading them to accuse customers of changing the price tags.

I worked here for 7 months and the manager is VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!! I FEEL SORRY FOR THE CUSTOMERS THAT THEY HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG ON THE LINE DUE TO THIS STORE BEING UNORGANIZED! The security guards dont do anything but be on their phones! SUPERVISOR HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE AND HER MOUTH IS TRULY DISGUSTING! ITS A BUNCH OF FAVORITISM IN THERE AND THEY NEED NEW MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT FIT FOR IT!!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOBODY TO WORK THERE IF IT CONTINUES TO BE LIKE THIS!
