When I got into my first accident December 2016, they took in my car, walked me through everything that needed to be done, and everything was done in a month. The left side of my fender came off along with the grill in the front, and it looked fresh out the dealership when they completed the repairs. I know this was nearly three years back, but their service for me was 100% and would go back to them again if necessary.

Pascuale was extremely courteous and accommodating. He could have told me i needed a new bumper on my 2013 Mercedes but instead offered to fix it perfectly for half the price of replacing it. I paid out of pocket (hit and run) and my brother had doors replaced through insurance for his Nissan- both of us would highly recommend Burkes.

I took my Acura TLX 2018 to this shop and they did an AMAZING job! Pascuale treated me with both respect and honesty! I can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommended if you're looking for a job well done!

My car was taken to the shop after getting into a car accident by the police. I decided to just get it fixed there because it's already there and I thought they would be good. First of all, it took a while to get my car back and when I got it back the car was making all types of noise. We then bring it back and leave it there for a another week; in between that week we kept checking to see the status. The guy at the desk was very defensive when we told him about the noise. Honestly at first I thought they were going to do a good job but after getting my car back I was not pleased. Now I have to bring it somewhere else and pay more money to get it looked at again.
