The physical therapist are great, but the two individuals in the front desk which are Melissa and Schedule manager; they are unprofessional. Both of them have unpleasant attitude, solipsistic, and hedonistic about themselves. I was asking the Schedule manager to make it Wednesday and Fridays, but she decided for herself that it's not beneficial because she FEELS like it.

Office personnel is rude regarding booking an appt. If that's the first impression by phone .. I can imagine the actual treatment in office.
