Wonderful!!! This is the place to go for watch repair. I brought in three "vintage" watches. The price was very fair, the work done was outstanding, and the warm, personable approach that John maintains is exceptional. If you need your watch repaired, this is where you should go. Even if you don't live in the area, it is well worth the trip. I wasted money and effort bringing these watches to other places before I found Brown Jewelers. Don't waste your time too. Just come here.

Fantastic jewelry repair shop, reminds us why it’s important to support local businesses. The owner was so helpful and friendly. I brought in a bracelet for repair, and needed help to untangle 3 necklaces. They were able to untangle the chains in minutes (I spent almost 2 hrs trying to fix it myself before giving up). Prices are fair and they communicate clearly about the process and timelines for repairs.While I was shopping, an elderly woman entered the shop looking to replace a watch battery. The owner demonstrated such compassion in helping her, even offering to walk her to the bus stop after the repair was completed to ensure she would be ok. I was beyond impressed.TLDR ; great local shop, fair prices, compassionate and caring staff.

Brown’s Jewelers are the friendliest small business honest service, they have beautiful jewelry, My husband and I been their customers for over 25 yrs, fine jewelry to watch batteries and repairs, what ever you need if they don't have what you're looking for the proprietor or staff will go out of their way to make sure you leave happy. We enjoy the personal service.

Wow!! Thank You so much to the guy that was helping me. I believe his name was Paul. Cool dude. Cleaned my jewelry up and now I look great. Feel great. Got a couple numbers because of how clean my jewelry looks. Amazing. Will be coming back here. Hey Paul btw...thanks for recommending that pizza spot it was awesome!!!
