The pharmacy and all its employees with the exception of one person are friendly and like to help their customers. With the exception of that young woman who I believe is José's daughter, but her father is a very good person. I believe and believe that this young woman should be sent to take a course to moderate her character.

The pharmacist is disgustingly rude and dissmissive. The wait time to pick up medication is extremely long. My overall experience every time I go in there is horrible! Do not go to brook specialty pharmacy

I’m so very satisfied with this pharmacy, only thing I wish that could change is that the pharmacist should give me my meds on time. It’s either I have to wait a full week because she’s on vacation or I have to wait because it’s on order. I wish to walk in and not have to wait so long

Pharmacist was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. I called back and she raised her voice stating that other people were on the phone. Truly unprofessional. Terrible experience.

It's a good pharmacy. They have helped me we with my daughter's medication. It's one of the few pharmacies that take my daughter's private insurance.

Very disappointed with how Brook Pharmacy turned out. Was a client for a long time but things seem to go down hill once Cindy left. The only reason why I am giving 2 stars is for the girls that are still there. There is some shady things going on. Buyers beware

My medication was supposed to come today I called them they said it will be delivered by 6 never came they never called me to tell me they are not bringing it. Why tell me it’s out for delivery when it doesn’t even come and I need to take my shot horrible
