I only leave reviews when I truly feel someone deserves the praise. My husband was waiting for a tow for over 4hrs through my
"reputable " Insurance company. I gave up and called Bronx Towing. Luis said he would be there in 20 minutes. He had already taken the car in 15 minutes. He was extremely professional and courteous. He sent me pictures of where he dropped the car off and followed up with a call. I highly recommend using Bronx Towing and hopefully you are lucky enough to get Luis to handle your towing. Thank you so much!!

Bronx towing by far is very excellent with communication and with expediting the services. I am truly blessed that they are 24 hours and we’re able to help get me back to normal with my car so I can get home safe.

Luis was amazing, normal tow trucks take hours to get to you however he was able to get to me and less than an hour. Service was great. Came on time and reasonable price. If you’re looking forward to company you have to look no further because Luis and Bronx towing express is your option.

Scheduled a tow truck in advance for an early morning pickup and they never showed up or called. Just totally ghosted.
Completely screwed me over.

The team was very informative and helpful. Luckily, they were able to service me in less than 10mins after I got off the phone with them. Carlos called 30 seconds after and came straight away. I was lucky that they were close by my area, but I recommended all the way.

Jose & the team at Bronx Towing Express were great to work with. They were prompt, helpful, courteous and had an expertise that allowed them to solve a tricky situation of towing a vehicle out of a spot that had very low clearance. They did a great job and were able to do it on my schedule and within my budget. I would definitely recommend working with them!!

Called for a car to be towed blocking my driveway. Told 30 mins. Over a hour later still waiting called back for update said yeah something came up has to find another driver then hung up. Tried calling back several times for a ETA with no answer

Everything was great until halfway in delivery they called to tell me there would be additional fees for towing. I spoke wit them the night before twice and he gave me the same price but it was a different story during the transport
