I've been doing hair for over 30+ year and on my journey I met Gloria @BHS. When I met them it was 10$ for a ounce. Here we are 2023 and the ounces are $50(I love blond)The quality of hair and service has not changed.If you are confused about texture you should consult before purchasing..this hair company custom blends to match .If you don't have the blend ratio(curly, straight or kinky) 30/40, 50/50,20/80 properly u will not enjoy the experience or the hair .In my 30+years im still a customerand my clients still purchase there hair. Hair is mixed with synthetic hair, not the same hair I use to buy in 2008, very hard to brush and tame.I went back and showed her them the hair she told me to get a wash and set I did and the hair was still and hard to brush and very dry .I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY USE PACK HAIR FOR ALL THAT??

Gloria knows what she is doing. She matched my hair so well you can't even tell I have extentions on. The quality of the hair is top notch.

They do not sell 100% human hair as advertised. These people mix synthetic w bits of human. Once installed and apply heat to style hair it's automatically starts popping, breaking off and frizzing/ burning up. At first I thought the quality felt a bit rough but as soon as my hair dresser tried to style me she began questioning where I had purchased hair from as soon as I told her I got from Bronx Hair supply in Westchester she said "oh nooo do not get from them they started selling fake hair I had few other customers come here w hair from them and no hood quality because same thing happened" and this is coming from a neighboring hair salon on the same Westchester ave. I've purchased hair from them several times but the last two purchases have been a total waste of money quality has went down the drain they got hip to their clientele and starting meshing synthetic w human smh very distasteful mind you I went here considering the owner and her daughters where patients at my job. When trying to support small business goes wrong.

I've been using Bronx Hair Supply now for about 8 years. I've had a couple of bad ounces but this is by far the worst. I can usually stretch my hair to as long as a year but this barely made it to 3 months and I am very upset about it. I've over looked shedding and even some tangles over the years. Every trip is 8 ounces or more which equals to $300 -$400. This time I purchased 10 ounces at damn near $400. I can't even believe how this hair looks. I've tried deep conditioning (which they told me to try when I called to tell them about this). Went to the salon as I always do and have been charged extra due to the detangling that has to be done. It's ridiculous. I am so sad because this use to honestly be the best hair on the market but I will NEVER purchase from here again nor recommend anyone anymore.

This place is horrible!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! You will lose your money. They lie and say hey he hair is 100% human hair. It is FALSE! More like 70% synthetic and 30% human! I've only had this hair for 3 weeks and it has been shedding non stop coming out by the bulks. I brought 6 ounces and only have about 3 ounces on my head in less than a month. This place has 0 integrity. They lie to you in your face. Do yourself a favor and forget this place even exists!!

I sent money out of state and asked for curly hair. They sent me straight a bit wavy hair and told me its the same thing and refused to refund my money. They made a mistake and kept my money. I will never buy hair there again. LADRONES

I hate to leave negative reviews but after spending $400 on hair here others need to know the extremly poor quality of hair you should expect. This hair will tangled just as or more than the synthetic hair they sell at the beauty supply. Definitely NOT human hair as they claim to sell.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Your have better chances getting good quality hair from online stores.
