This place is really different and disappointing.
I took my cat because she was peeing outside of her litter box, they did a whole bunch of bs tests on her and definitely overcharged. I tried taking her back since she hadn’t gotten better but they tried acting as if her peeing outside of the litter box wasn’t a big deal. Telling me if she hadn’t done it again she was probably fine.
I made an appointment and didn’t bother to show up because of how inconsiderate and rude the lady over the phone was.
I ended up going to Riverdale animal hospital on 238, where within the first visit the doctor found out she had an infection and found crystals in her pee.
This hospital definitely only cares about profit. And the energy is like a bunch of assistants who don’t know what they’re doing running the place. I hope they change their attitudes

My family and kitten had the privilege of being service by the staff at this vet facility. The front desk, the technicians and the vet Dr. Barnes was excellent. Dr. Barnes was EXCELLENT. She is knowledgeable, has patience, polite, professional and caring. I would recommend the staff and especially Dr. Barnes for any animal. EXCELLENT. THANK YOU

Understood and responded appropriately when we notified them we would be arriving a little late. Saw pet rapidly and gave information and advice. Informed us of each expense and did not question our reasoning for declining some of the recommended treatment we believed not to be relevant to our pet because of our pet's situation. Gave advice about alternatives for taking care of pet's needs when we are absent.

Since Dr. Luckow sold the practice, Broadway Animal Hospital has gone downhill. The prices have skyrocketed, and it feels like they care more about profits than the well-being of the animals.
The personal touch and care that used to be a hallmark of this place are now gone, replaced by a corporate model that prioritizes money over patients. So sad, I was going there for over a decade.

first off, let me say this was some of the best care that I have ever received. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in details for someone who doesn’t know much about my pet. they go above and beyond and the staff is extremely patient, friendly, and welcoming. I will always be a client!

I love this place because they really understand my cat and help validate and support me as a cat parent. I had went to a different clinic closer to my home and they said they couldn’t check my cat because she scratched one of the techs?. It happened on two occasions!! And my cat couldn’t get her visits done. Broadway Animal Hospital of Riverdale is always prepared and take care of my cat with no issues!! Plus the front desk people are nice and respectful!

First came here 4 years ago during the pandemic with my kittens. Dr. Luckow was amazing. He was straightforward and never overcharged me for unnecessary testing, etc.
Fast forward to 2023....I was surprised to see different vets there and quickly realized Dr. Luckow sold his clinic. And the vet bill confirmed my suspicions. In a few short months, I paid thousands of dollars for my 3 cats. Such a disappointment. It seems all the good vets & even doctors (boomers) are all retiring.
They upcharge everything here. It is really disappointing. Looking for another vet that's not a money pit.

They are v thorough and caring. Dr Luckow has left so unsure who is running the place. I have been using them for ten years.
