If I could give this place a one star rating, I would. I haven’t bought in jewelry from here but I got piercings from here and the lady who is the piercer her name is Emely. She has a TikTok Instagram, and a Facebook for her piercings. @inkpiercingsroyalty let me tell you she is unprofessional. I don’t even think she’s a licensed piercer to be very honest I got three piercings done with her septum and industrial and a belly piercing. All of them were completely wrong. She used the wrong jewelry on me and then when I tried to address the situation, the store wouldn’t even answer or she wouldn’t even answer and then when I told her what happened, she told me to pull up, and this is New York the Bronx to be exact telling somebody to pull up means you wanna fight. She is 27. I am 16 so she wants to fight a 16-year-old because I called her out on her supposedly 10+ years of experience. She gave me the incorrect jewelry for all the piercings. She said because I was overweight, the belly piercing was a snug fit. One she was overweight herself at one point so the fact that she said that to me was kind of ….. me and my friends were trying to figure out what kind of jewelry she gave me for my stomach but it wasn’t a belly piercing that’s for sure. She also gave me a the incorrect septum jewelry I put the picture of the septum jewelry she gave me mine is on the left, and you can see how mine is much smaller than a regular septum piercing. I put a video of when I first noticed how she messed up my septum. She pierced my skin, I told her I was getting my septum pierced and she created a whole new hole and didn’t even put it in the right spot.

Is this a Jewlery store anymore or tattoo shop? Place just has gotten so GHETTO, new staff is rude and the quality of the merchandise is not like before especially for the prices they ask ! Won’t be going back anymore.

I received a package and a broken cell phone from this business that I did not order I called several times trying to figure out what was going on and they hung up the phone multiple now I'm trying to figure out if I was builled for something did not order

Staff was knowledgeable, however deadlines for custom work was not met, and what I purchased vs what I received was a lil shady I went to them because they were local, however because of this experience I am more than willing to travel for the money I’ve paid. Feeling very dissatisfied!

(Update) The watch was perfectly Fine before it was given to your store. Only scratch’s on the glass. When a watch is repaired by professionals things like this never happen.!!!!!!Stay AwaY!!!!!I went to have the glass on my movado watch changed was charged $60.003-4 days after I paid got a phone call from the women who works there asking for $20 more explaining to me that it cost more then they charged.After looking at the watch when I picked it up I immediately notice two large scratches on the inside of the watch that are from opening the glass. This watch cost about $1,000 with tax. when I showed the manager the scratches he said there's nothing I can do for you.I asked him if he can remove the scratches he said no and I quote"this happens". very unprofessional and definitely doesn't care about the customer. !!!!!DONT GO HEREEEE!!!!!

***NEW OWNERS***. Beware, i used to pawn jewelry and purchased alot of jewelry from the original owners, these new owners are theives, i pawned my chain because of an emergency and the charges are ridiculous! Intrest charge at 36%.. insurance fee, storage fee, and ntrest fee , a transport fee, and a $10 service fee, they literally raped me, i will never come here ever again after i take out my jewelry

I have been going to this place since I was 10 I am now 30 these people are awesome they give fantastic prices I got a little sad when I found out that John is no longer working there but I’m pretty sure that they’re still great reliable caring workers working there I will give this place a 10 if I can I would continuously buy my jewelry from here I totally recommend them to everyone☺️
