Incredible service, after Boost messed up putting my Alcatel 4G LTE phone on the network and deactivated my old phone, customer service couldn't get either one to work again, they told me I could get a free 5G phone by going to a Boost mobile store in my neighborhood, it was Late about 7:10 pm and I was beside myself with frustration, I called several Boost stores but no one picked up the phone except this store, the girl said come in, we will help if we can, got to the store and explained what was going on she got me a new phone no charge and set it up with the same phone number from my old phone all in a matter of 10 minutes, what a wonderful experience, don't know her name but she should be made a manager !

Went to pay my bill and I walked out with 2 phones and really happy that I was able to add 2 more lines on my account didn’t know boost Has those offers whoever hired those folks in there did the best job ever. The lady was amazing . Manager went beyond and helped me save my money . Definitely the best phone shop to visit for any need ??
