I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service and buyers remorse. The phone which I purchased is not what was sold to me. I’ve had to jump through hoops in order to rectify the issues with my device, as it seems the store owner lacks the urgency to ensure the satisfaction of their customers. Please spare yourself the time and needless headaches and shop at a more reputable business for your cellular needs.
