Horrible don't bother. Wanda is rude as hell, and definitely needs training in customer service. Take your money else where. BBB will definitely be called today. Worst experience especially coming from a new client. The owners definitely need to train their staff better. These women will definitely make this business lose money.

I HAVE BEEN COMMING TO BOBS FOR WELL OVER 15 YEARS. EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY STAFF. THIS KNOWLEDGE IS A DIRECT REFLECTION OF AN EXTREMELY BUSY OFFICE. ADVISE IS TO COME EARLY AND BE PREPARED TO WAIT AS THERE WELL BE A LINE TO BE SERVICED BY THE BEST. WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!

i have been comming to bobs for well over 15 years. extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. this knowledge is a direct reflection of an extremely busy office. advise is to come early and be prepared to wait as there well be a line to be serviced by the best. well worth the wait!!

Not the best customer service system. Waited outside with my mother who is a senior citizen for over 40 minutes. They really should put more effort in providing more adequate customer service like appointments only or at a minimum offer people chairs if they are going to wait for long periods of time.

I was referred to Bob Muller tax preparator by a friend, everything went well when i went to do my tax untill almost 4 weeks after i still didn't get my return.. I called Joanne trying to get some answers about why my tax is delayed she said she would call me back at 7:30pm which she never did until i called 4 days after and let them know I'm coming in to the office if i can't get an answer, that's when Joanne call me back to let me know it was sent in on the 22nd which was 2 weeks after i filed my tax. I had to get out of character to get some info and for that reason i will not refer anyone and will not be using Bob Muller again.
