My local Blink! Great spot. There is always someone cleaning. Front desk will ALWAYS say enjoy your work out. It's so conveniently located. Large amount of treadmills, ellipticals and weights. The bathrooms are spotless you can enjoy your work out in peace. I love this gym, I've been a member for many years.

I have been going to this gym for 5 years and it keeps getting worse. Staff used to be friendly, now they are rude. Manager, Leslie is only focused on leaving so she yells at clients so that she can close early on weekends. Was not allowed to enter today because of a payment issue that I tried over 10 times to resolve (update credit card number was the issue) and finally received an email saying it was done 2 weeks ago just to be denied entry unless I pay again. Thank you Jennifer for treating me like a bum.

PLEASE implement an appropriate dress code. There are girls that are half naked at this gym with butt cheeks hanging out, giving themselves wedgies (literally have seen it), bending over to expose their private parts intentionally and taking up the machines for a long period of time because they are taking pictures for Instagram & Tiktok. The gym should be a place to improve your body and mental health. This place looks like a brothel. It is very uncomfortable to see this every time I go. I suggest placing a sign and sending a mass email to all members to dress accordingly. I love my trainer and the gym itself BUT not the environment. I would definitely change my review if I see this change take place.

The manager is very rude. This gym is alway packed and no room for anything. Today I went to cancel my membership and she (the manager) said I can’t cancel my membership. She’s very unprofessional. I will never go back to this gym.

Definitely going to a new location. Front desk personnel that is there in the morning. Well the one guy needs a class on how to make things make sense. Can’t bring an umbrella inside ?

Most of the equipment works most of the time, but good luck getting a machine. Even at 9pm this gym is totally packed. Plan on spending an extra 30 minutes here to wait for machines. They clearly sell more memberships than the gym can support and expect most of them not to show up. Been coming here for a year and it’s always like this weekday evenings.

Hello everyone I just want to say the bling fitness at this location is awesome friendly employees and knowledgeable trainers clean environment excellent equipment all around and I love the variety of drinks to cool you down they also have a elevator excellent working condition clean inside and outside I just became a member yesterday thank you again blink fitness God bless everyone.

After going there for such a long time, its getting worse by the customers that are attending to the gym. A lot of couples staying in one machine for an 1 hr not giving opportunities for others to used it. They basically stay hanging out by the machine. A few machines keep getting broken/out of order. For new customers, be ready because You will be seeing the same group of people at all hours at the gym.Yes I will be looking for another gym soon.

Great value for your buck. They keep gym clean, and even if it's crowded, you won't have to wait long for cardio machines.

Awesome place with a really cool staff and a ton of cool people just going to the gym. It's a great headspace to be in and there's plenty of equipment to get a great work out in with the space for it. My biggest issue is in how popular it it's difficult to get certain racks or weights during peak hours and about an hour before and after peak hours. If you're not looking for specific things then this is a great place to go to at anytime but if you have a routine that needs certain weights and racks, I'll recommend going during off peak hours, or the time that works best for you that doesn't fall into a peak hour window

I've been going to this gym for years. Yea there's over-crowding, certain machines are broken for long periods of time, and they slack on keeping the bathrooms clean and stocked with soap and paper. But I'm a very low-maintenance gym user who can find ways to utilize the facility while minding my business and cause no issues doing so. And I've been doing that for years. But ever since the pandemic restrictions started to fade, this particular location (and even Blink as a whole) has started to become a bit unpleasant. On top of my low-tier membership increasing in price to account for the company's pandemic woes (aka cash-grab), the customer service/interaction at the Riverdale loc is starting to nosedive:1. Associates and managers try to rush and kick people out the gyms 10-15 minutes before actual closing time 2. Janitors sometimes clean busy areas of the gym at the most busy and inconvenient of times causing disorganization for guests3. Inconsistent enforcement of gym attire rules with hardly visible signage that can result in you being kicked out to go home and change while others with the same attire can stay without being approached4. Worst of all: unauthorized charges to your membership/card for merchandise items like beverages--and a refund that should take a few minutes to initialize with a receipt and then a few businesses days to be completed becomes this almost un-doable, tedious situation where you're left wondering if it was really an accident, if an associate was taking something for themselves, or if there's a doppelgänger coming into the gym impersonating you. All because each manager/associate gives a non-cohesive and opaque response as to how they'll at some point go about verifying what occurred and giving you money that shouldn't have been charged in the first place. And I've worked low-wage customer service positions at franchise/chain businesses with high-volume POS transactions involving cards. A situation like that should be handled with clarity and urgency considering that it's...someone's money being taken without their consent and that fraud is a serious issue (!!!). I instead had to resort to filing a dispute with my CC company. So instead of a copy/paste response from Blink Fitness, I'd like that whoever is reading this that's in charge moving forward do their best to collect the details of situations like these, provide customers with a very clear process as to what they will do to rectify the issue, and if Blink as a company isn't providing you with the tools to make helping customers easier for you, then just be a little more candid about that so that the customer isn't feeling confused and a little on-edge.

I enjoy this gym, the staff is cordial and always willing to help what I like the most is that they keep it super clean the 5 am environmental employees work so hard to have everything nice and neat, when I arrive at 5 all weights are reorganized, past 4 pm it can get very crowded and messy but they do the best effort and get the Gym like new for the other day.They have multiple machinery to choose from and open space for freestyle training too ?✨I wish I can get music more energetic whenever I forget my headphones ? but the staff is getting better on that aspect. Thank you to all the team for all what you do to keep this space comfortable, accessible and clean I truly enjoy it here.
