Definitely one of the worst BJs I've ever been to. The selection is surprisingly lacking and the service is horrible. Went to check in and both times, no one came out. Pretty horrid

If you go to this bjs because the app on your phone shows you they have a product in stock call and double check first because as far as my experience they Never!! Have what they say they do in the app!! And it’s very frustrating to get to the store and they tell you sorry we don’t carry that anymore ?oh and the escalators never work

Product fine as always, lines full of items but the cash register is the worst service. Register are always closed only 1 o 2 cashier and the self service cash register never works, those self service cash registers are always out of service and the cashier’s manager the most lazy people I have seen in my entire life.

Escalator/Elevator always slow and/or not working. Poorly stocked. Taking jobs away from people by not having any cashiers and robots doing inventory. Not completely mad about that because the employees that do work there are lazy. Just left the store. I was forced to do self checkout because as I mentioned there wasn’t one single cashier. The employee who was monitoring self checkout is yelling at me from the counter to troubleshoot the cash register. I’m not an employee, I’m a customer, can you not walk over here and do the troubleshooting???

Poorly managed. Worst BJ's store I have ever been to. Workers and clientele combined are horrible. Elevators and escalators are never working. There are never any carts indoors. So I tried curbside pickup. Also poorly ran. People park in the curbside pickup spaces to do regular shopping, nothing is done about it. It takes forever to get the order brought up. Then they delay delivering your order to group it with others and bring the other order to their cars first. Seriously why are people here so ignorant.

The idea of having a scaled down version of a wholesale club in inner cities is great, but its execution has been awful.
This store is really, really bad. It welcomes shoppers with something that resembles a carpet, which is absolutely disgusting. One hardly ever find ever finds a shopping cart, the escalators and the elevators are quite often out of service. The product that you buy this week is not available next week. I don't think the staff has received the appropriate training to understand what their role should be.
It's really sad that our community has to put up with this.

BJ's always has good prices and everything you can think of if you go early you won't have problem and it also depends in the area that you go too not all BJ's are in good neighborhoods

The elevators and escalators never seem to be working! You spend more time waiting than shopping- and it’s constantly like this! Today only 1 out of 4 elevators working.

Yes the prices have gone up so if you getting 10 items it’s going to cost 200$ 2023 the King Arthur flour was 10.79 now it’s 13.99. I only go cause I need certain things in bulk

Ok, I was at this BJS today, and my dad needed help with the self-checkout. And he was calling a lady out for help, and she wasn’t helping at all. Most of the employees are slow and have terrible customer service; I don’t understand why they are working on customer service if they don’t know how to help people; it is unbelievable.

The prices have gone up on various products. There are coupons for other products. Some products they don't sell anymore. Depends on cashier on shift today cashier said this one time she will scan the items in cart they don't scan in cart items anymore. Last few times I went to bjs whole sale cashiers said to leave items in cart to scan. Local shopping like shoprite, stop and shop, foodtown sometimes have better deals.

Shopping at this club is okay but escalators NEVER work. And usually the elevators have problems. Today the parking lot door into the store was blocked off so the only way in was the single elevator as all others were out of service. Therefore the backlog trying to exit the store was ridiculously long as everything is out of order. BJs management has allowed these conditions to exist for years. Whenever possible I use another, more distant, location.

The only reason why I use this store is because it’s close to my house. I only go there to pick up emergency items. I’d rather drive to Costco to shop. Every time I have gone there I have had to wait for the one working elevator . Very frustrating.

My experience with an employee at 3 p.m. did not help me, even though my right foot suffers and it has a bacteria suction device installed. I asked her for help. I cannot stand on my feet much. She insisted on me going to stand on the floor.
