Big market is a good place to shop they have fresh vegetables and fish and meat like lamb goat and more we have all Guyanese products and West Indian also go shop at big market at 237 street white plains road

They say it closes at 8 but at 7:18 they were closing it. Change your hours please to not have people wasting their time. Overpriced compared to manhattan markets.l and lost items be expired también.

My go to spot for many culturally exclusive as well as hard to find and less expensive products such as pure Ghee and Avocado oil. I searched Whole Foods, Amazon, Trader Joes and several other places and Big has the better value for the same brands. 32 oz of Swad Butter Ghee is substantially lower than practically everywhere else. The owner and the family who work in the store are personable and very helpful. Lots of neat things that will keep you browsing way longer than you intended. The store is small but there's ton's of stuff that will have you walking around and around just filling your basket. I love this neighborhood store.
