The location is not ideal parking is very difficult the area is very busy There is way too much going on and don't be surprised if you see a young woman drop her pants to urinate by the benches also the store is very cluttered looking. I suggest if you drive to go out to Yonkers.

I use Best Buy's "Geek Squad" service. They have 3 different service plans. I have the one where if anything weird or unusual with my computer (it may apply to other electronics ) occurs, i can call a certain number whenever and the agent will try to help me remotely. If that doesn't work, like with my laptop right now, you make an appointment with the "Geek Squad." They are very knowledgeable. I've used them for years.

I am writing a separate review, I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this location.
However, TYLER is extremely unprofessional, impatient, and he tapped my child on the head on the obstacle course. Minutes later, instead of assisting a 4 year old he yanked him by the harness and based on body language I can see he had a horrible tone.
I’m extremely upset with his behavior and shocked, I’ve never seen this at Hapik and I’m disappointed.
