I had a recent loved one pass away and I needed to pay my respects as well as send a floral arrangement for the funeral service. Unfortunately the procrastinator that I can be… I forgot to order the flowers. Well Bella’s Flower Shop came through for me. Erica who helped me through the process of selecting the perfect arrangement, was very professional and helpful. I was able to select the spray the morning of the service, which was also scheduled for early afternoon. The arrangement made it 40 mins before the service started. Thank you Erica for your kindness during this difficult time.

Bella's Flower Shop customer service is the best. I live in Connecticut and knew nothing about this shop. I called them because they seem to be the closest to where the funeral service would be taking place. I wasn't sure what I wanted, yet I knew what I didn't want and Bella's paid attention to everything I said. They even texted me photos of some arrangements that sounded like what I had in mind. After placing my order I received a text with a picture of my arrangement and the card that had a personalized message (by text). The final outcome was beyond what I had expected. Thank you for taking the time to handle such a difficult task.
