Horrible costumer service! They not even know what is UVG nails….! I just call to make an appointment and I speak to different people not one speaks English or Spanish EVEN they are Spanish….not professional at all.

I have tried this place technically 6 times. The first few were fine, my nails limped to the 2 week mark, which I usually have acrylics last 3+ weeks, but it’s close and convenient. The 4th and 5th time I went, prices seemed made up, I paid $15 more than I did the previous time, for the same service, and the $20 more the 5th time.I started going to another place, but today I was in a bind and needed to get my nails done, so I made an appointment for a fill at 5pm. When I arrived, I said I was there for a fill twice, I was asked if I had gel polish, which I do, on top of my acrylic fill, one woman took me, started doing my nails, and then started talking to another worker about how I needed a fill, not gel, and laughing at me, so I said yes can I please get a fill, that’s what I made the appointment for, thank you! The woman said “ok” and got up and went back to the woman’s nails she was working on. I sat there for over 30 minutes, no one said anything to me, I tried to ask one woman and she looked away as soon as I spoke.I will never go back, even when they do your nails, it’s overpriced. Very disappointed.Services: Acrylic nails

Not only is Amy unprofessional, but she allows her dog off the leash and the dog attacked a neighbors cat, while she didn’t intervene just because the cat was sitting in her planter. The neighbor’s cat apparently went missing from their home and. I wouldn’t patronize a business where the owner allows this type of behavior.
