Before stepping foot into Basha’s, I scrolled through their instagram account and was compelled to call. I called and was greeted by Basha and his excellent communication skills. I asked him about a bedroom set, coffee table and dining room set. He immediately asked for my IG handle and sent me videos of what they had on sale. It was enough for me to make the trip to THE Bronx from Harlem on Memorial weekend (traffic is heavy around that time.)Once in the store, I was able to show Basha a video of my apartment and he helped me furnish it! He knew what size furniture would be best for certain areas in my home. He listened to my wants and helped me to find the right quality furniture for me! He didn’t try to just sell me the most expensive item. He asked about my budget and what I was looking for. He is really great at this and one might even say he was born for this! Thank you for your service and I can’t wait for my new furniture to be delivered!!

I love their service, from start to finish the customer service was impeccable. My deliver time was passing cuz one of the drivers got sick and the store owner came and delivered my order. Not only delivered but he set it up too. I am super pleased. This is now my one stop furniture store.

We are moving to a new home & we need a couch delivered for December 23. We’ve been having a hard time looking for a store that delivers on that exact day until i found Basha Furniture on instagram! They initially told me they do not deliver on that day but they made an exception. I’m excited to see my new sectional! Thank you Basha for the exceptional costumer service!
