worst costumer service ever experienced, they take forever, manager has other employees doing nothing as she has one girl on the back depositing money. Terrible long lines. Take your chances with another BOA!

Arrived at 2:45 with my autistic daughter never was told how long the wait was. Then at 3:30 I was told to wait another 15 minutes because normally they only accept appointments only to wait another 15 minutes (keep in mind the branch closes at 4pm) and I was fed up my daughter got antsy and I left. Do not go to this branch for help it’s a waste of time!

If I could give zero star I would!! 45 minutes to reach a teller! Every other BOA are always faster but this one is the worst and management is inexistant. It makes me want to remove all accounts from Bank of America…Sad

Always long line, waiting more than half hour

I have been here multiple times. But never got quick service. The line moves very slowly. Only one or sometimes two employee can be seen in counter/teller whereas the line goes outside the branch. If you visit this branch you need to make up your mind of waiting for at least 30-45 minutes. Would not recommend anyone parking their car nearby and visit this branch for service. Really disappointing experience every time.
