I recently visited Bank of America located at 193 W 237 st Bronx NY, and I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. First and foremost, I find it inconvenient that this bank does not open until 10 am. Most other banks open at 8 or 9 am, which allows customers to conduct their banking activities early in the morning before starting their day. Bank of America should seriously consider adjusting their opening hours to align with industry standards. Moreover, I was unimpressed with the level of preparedness exhibited by the staff at this branch. The employees, including the security guard stationed at the entrance, seemed more focused on turning people away rather than providing efficient and helpful service. This made me question why I pay for banking services that apparently restrict my access to store locations. It seems that online-only banks may offer the same level of service, if not better, without the added cost.In conclusion, my visit to Bank of America at 193 W 237 st Bronx NY was underwhelming. I strongly suggest that the bank management reconsider their opening hours to better accommodate their customers' needs. Additionally, the staff should be trained to prioritize customer service and ensure that customers feel welcome and supported during their banking transactions.

Nicole and Emmanuel have been such a great help! I came here to have my account opened and the process went smoothly. Will definitely recommend their services!

The people that work here, including the security guard at the door whose main objective seems to be to turn away as many people as he possibly can, makes me wonder why I pay for services in order to have access to store locations. Starting to think these online only banks probably provide the same exact service while being free.

I had no problems when I made a visit here. I had been shopping around for a second bank for awhile, and on-line I found that BOA had excately what I was looking for. I decide to go to this location. Its not that big of a bank, but I like that I was in and out. They even set up and online account for me that made it easy for me to download the app, and that was a plus for me. Im really thankful for the way I was treated and how everything was explained to me in great detail. I didnt get that warm friendly professional behavior from Chase Bank, only from the teller, and thats because I knew her personally. So Ill be having future visits here, and hope that everytime will be like the first, if not stay tune for the next review. F.Y.I. I think this is a great bank if your just starting out, a college student, or just need a good bank, with options. They have great ones. Check out their website, or just stop at a branch.

Consistently the worst bank branch I've ever been in. This branch alone is making me want to switch banks. ATM's are old and outdated, always a huge line with one teller, never someone to notarize. Waste of time.

So happy that this BOA is located nearby bus and train routes, very convenient front parking lot in a secured location neighboring restaurants and other establishments. I have been inside this location numerous times at random hours of the day and I have always been greeted by friendly and helpful staff. May I suggest a little muzak in the waiting area as opposed to listening to heavy breathing.

No matter how long the line is; there is always only one teller opened.... a waste of people's time.

B.O.A is a bank that's full of fees for everything. This broadway bronx staff is ok but it's the overall bank regulations. The fees is just a deal breaker it's unnecessary basically b.o.a is a bank for businesses not for citizens. And this branches store hours are ridiculous closing at 4pm.

My wife and I made an appointment to see a Home Loan Specialist at this location and when we got there for our appointment first they treated us as we were kids, it was so disrespectful and second the Loan specialist wasn't going that day, so what's the point? We signed an online form for that appointment and they had our phone numbers and emails and they never call us to let us know that the person wasn't going that day. 3rd they offer another date and time to come back to see the specialist and we agree to do it, them the specialist call us to cancel the second appointment that we did with the bank because she wasn't able to be there at the time the bank proposed us. Thanks god we have options. We are in our process to buy our first condo with Capital One and they are much better in customer services and interest than this bank.

Left my debit card in the ATM at this location late at night and I called the bank the next afternoon when I realized it was missing and Rep Indira picked up the phone right away. When I asked her if they found a card from last night in the atm i was prompted for my name and she told me yes!! It was there she herself cancelled it so that I can go in and get a temp! SOOOO thankful that she did this for me! BEST customer service experience! Thank you Indira!!
