When I went to The bank today I was poor treated due to being African American the entire staff at this branch is Hispanic and very rude if you don’t speak Spanish . I would advice any one not to go
To this branch . Please Bank of America review this comment and make
A change at this location .

Don't waste your time in this place, everyone is learning, they are not very trained, very bad service, look for another office, you may have better luck.

This is the worst bank EVER always closed on the week days when there are huge signs that state the hours of operation, I dont get it... its the only bank of america in the area and not only are they always closed you cant even make deposits in the ATM so fustrating Im changing my bank I cant take this anymore... Then they want to apologize with generic respinses that do not fix the problems Im definitely changing my bank

Theses people say they open at 9 am 11 am no one is at the counter to help you . I came another day 3 pm the lady at the counter refused to help me saying the Person in-front of me is the last one whilst they have not closed yet . They close at 4 pm as stated on their website but came at 3 pm and they won’t service me . Bad service

today I went to the bank that is in the yankie stadium specifically in the shopping center, and it was completely empty, there was no one, and they did not want to attend me because you have to make an appointment!, New York City is now completely open, and other banks they work 100 percent, I find it disrespectful that they don't attend to me and incidentally the Hispanic boy Frederit spoke to me very badly, I'm keeping my money there, I pay maintenance, and his service and staff is totally negligent, I'm seriously thinking about change my bank and not recommend them because of their very bad customer service

Horrible service. Consistently long line and only one teller working, two max. Unless you want to wait in line in order to be greeted by a surly employee who talks to other people in the back while ignoring you and then asks you to repeat yourself (because s/he wasn't listening), go elsewhere.

Only 2 cashiers. 50 people line up waiting,no business branch. Very slow, the service is ok but the management need to hire more people. This is a bank not a restaurant,people can't be waiting like that
