ATM took my money after service hours. Right away till find out Bank of America doesn’t have 24/7 online or phone customer service and if you can make it to this branch during hours they also do not pickup their phone. One of the most horrible experiences w a large bank. I still don’t have my money and all they can tell me is me is I have to wait possibly until the 18th and there’s no one that can help w that. They’ll hang you out to dry when there atms mess up

Disappointed .Their machines dont take cash deposits.When i went inside and asked to deposit money into my business account ms Rosario declined my request even though i had work id with me, and DL on my phone.Did not want to listen anything and said she cant accept it.I want and i will move my investments out of Bank of America into more better financial institute.

Why is this branch still open?!? The workers there are so lazy! The line will literally be out the door and they will be having a personal conversation while people are waiting. Very unprofessional. I go to the one on Pelham, in and out like it should be.

The worst Bank of America. The tellers have horrible customer service. The line will wrap around the entire bank and they’ll only have 1 teller. The bankers will watch the line increase and won’t add another teller at the window. Horrible

Line wraps around the whole place, while employees just watch, terrible service only one teller for 20 customers is so unprofessional I would never recommend any person to do business here let alone Handle my money I work so hard for never again .

I wish I would've read the reviews before making the appointment here. I Was there at 9:50am for a 10am appointment I wasn't acknowledged until 10:20 am and I was the first person online. While the line grew longer and longer. Not one person said "I will be right with you or anything" people just kept walking by ignoring everyone. Unacceptable, Horrible service!!! Will not return to this branch. Thank God my main bank is USAA. After all. When I was taken care of. It was very pleasant. However the most important thing should be the first impression. The greeting, the acknowledgement etc. They lack customer service in the front... must do better.

Worst, and most useless workers and tellers I have ever encountered. No help whatsoever for simple transactions. Worse yet, the person at the front has no idea what is going on at all. All they do is walk around looking busy while not actually doing anything. Save yourself the headache and go to another branch. Wasted too much time here

Been waited here for an hour and a half almost two hours on a long line and they only have one teller working and they keep on saying their going to get more employees but they don’t and this had been going on for 4 years and they keep saying the same thing especially the manager so if you go to this bank expect a long wait at least an hour

Closes at 4 even though it's not listed. Couldn't even get quarters from them at 4:20. Completely ridiculous for a bank

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I’ve witnessed 1 thing consistently and that is the level of customer service going downwards. This is the worse bank to do business with.-Always more then 7-8 people line and only 1 Teller.-Manager and customer relation are at the worse level of customer service.-Facility is always a mess.-No respect for time.Maybe one of these day Bank Of American corporate will take these reviews seriously and show importance to their clients & correct these flaws.Platinum awards client
