I have been using this florist since 1996, and they have never disappointed me. Their customer service is second to none, the flowers arrangements are magnificent and the prices are second to none. I highly recommend this flower shop.

First time customer! Surprised to say this beautiful shop was near me this whole time.
Carl was very lovely to meet, very friendly and amazing person! Definitely has what you’re looking for, and the inside is beautifully decorated he really knows how to take care of the flowers.

This florist is terrible I ordered flower on Sat Dec 2 for my nephews funeral on Dec 6. Today Dec 5bthey call to tell me they won't be able to get the flowers to the funeral home in time for his 1 hour service which is the only time. Less than 24 hours from the time the flowers are to arrive you call and tell me this. The service is in VA and I am in NY this was the only representation I would have had and now I will have none. Terrible heartless company.

We ordered the flowers (blue sympathy standing basket) 3 days in advance. When we came to the funeral home (the same day the flowers were delivered), they already were wilting. Flowers look poor and were different from the photo on their website. We feel embarrassed for sending it to our best friend’s father’s funeral.

this is a public service announcement: please do not use this florist. There are many others to choose from and if you have a problem with your order, customer service is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with in my life. I would rather go to the DMV than spend any more time dealing with their representatives.

Karl is fantastic! The flowers came out beautiful and he was extremely kind to me. Despite the misfortunate event that happened next door he was still able to create a beautiful arrangement and deliver at a timely manner! 10000000% recommend!

I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered on 7/21/23 on the company website. The order was accepted and my credit card was charged. It was for my sister's 70th birthday. On 7/22/23 I received a phone call from Avas and no one was on the other end of the line. The call was disconnected and I received a text message asking me to call ASAP. I called the number listed in the text message and encountered a lengthy auto message with choices that didn't apply. It took a couple of calls and over 10 minutes for me to actually speak to someone and that person transferred me back to the original auto call that I was stuck with. I finally spoke to a customer service representative only to learn that the floral designer didn't create the arrangement on the 21st and it hadn't been sent. There was no explanation for why. The customer service rep told me that an attempt had been made to contact and notify me on the 21st but there is no record of my receiving any kind of contact from Avas. An offer was made to deliver the arrangement on Monday 7/24/23. I told the customer service rep that the birthday was Thursday, not Monday and I wanted a full refund. I was offered a $5 then $10 then $20 discount. I insisted on the full refund. The customer service call took 24 minutes but resulted in my getting a full refund. I don't know how long it will take before the credit appears on my account. I had one prior experience with this company and things were okay. Because of the unfilled but charged order, difficulty in contacting an individual who could help, and the time it took for them to research the order and provide the refund, I will not be ordering from them again. I try to support small and family run businesses but this one will not get my business again. The customer service rep was very polite, however, she seemed to have no understanding of why a 4-day late delivery would not have been appropriate. The concept of timely deliveries would seem relevant for a florist.

Dishonest ripoff don’t believe the positive reviews. I attempted to order a small bouquet advertised for $39 and Ava’s charged me $109 ! Typical bait and switch scam. After telling me they could deliver today, Ava’s then tried to charge for $50 extra for “guaranteed” delivery today. Completely dishonest. Buy elsewhere.

They lie to me. i placed an order to be delivered ti my wife and she never received it but they saud they did delivered. on my first call u asvused that she has not delicered and her office will close soon to please cancelled. I called credir card ci. to cancel transation.
