***Don't use this Service*** They changed 3 time extract what they said***Very unprofessional service and please don't go with this guys. They have cheated me., they told me that 3 guys will come along with Truck and 3 people for 3 Hr charge is $270, they have wasted lot of time. After coming to my home they are saying different price and after shipping they are saying diffent price, they are not at all fair. Finally paid $895 for 6 mile distance. Even I don't lot of luggage. Only one Couch, one bed frame, two mattress and remaining items are small items.

They wasn't able to move 2large pieces which was my sofa and wardrobe and they damaged my TV still tipped them well. Which I shouldn't have. One of them took my step stool. Being 5'3 I need that. Just make sure they work fast bcuz the $150 each additional hour will freak you out.

I moved from Ny to Miami and I used this company for moving , the service was amazing !!!There were able to answer you Any time with any problem that you need and they gave you solution!I called many companies to get estimates but the best price was from this company!I highly recommend do use their servicesVery professional!

Abraham and Beka were phenomenal-so caring -so attentive !!! They came up a difficult driveway —lots of stairs and they did it all with a smile —If I could have given them a million dollars each I would !! Highly recommended!!

I was upset with the moving company I first was told that the movers were going to pack us up and then move the stuff they got there and they told me they didn't have the boxes and they weren't packing the stuff up so they only moved the. Big stuff so I was told one thing and didn't get the service I was told I'm highly upset I feel I payed way to much for what they did

Available Movers moved my late grandmothers extremely fragile China and other valuables from CA to NJ for a very reasonable price and they did an amazing job! Nothing broke or chipped! I was expecting at least 1 broken dish, but nothing broke! They did an amazing job!

The movers were nice, and I appreciate their effort, but overall the management wasn’t great- they charged us extra time than the original estimate, and it really should not have taken the movers so long. Plus the manager was very aggressive about it. I probably would have given 4 stars if it wasn’t for the extra charges they took for no good reason. They also did not bring tools to disassemble the bed, and did not reassemble it for us (i cannot do it on my own and we needed help). It’s been over a week and they still haven’t brought over one of our glass table tops that they forgot in the truck.

Amazing movers at available movers!!! Great and quick service, professional, cost-affordable, and most importantly DOES THE JOB. Jose and the monster guys finished the job from start to finish in under 4 hours. I recommend their services to anyone that is looking to move locally, state to state, or internationally. The workers were kind and efficient, but this moving company is not professional. They take any chance they get to charge extra and are not responsive when you try to reach out about an incorrect charge so that you do not get your money back. My movers arrived to my town on time but were lost and we remained on the phone for those 30 minutes to help them find their way to my house. This was completely okay as I acknowledge the GPS sometimes takes people to the street behind my house rather than my actual street. Due to this, the companies navigation detected proximity and the timer for the job started. The workers noticed this and let us know that this happened and to call the company to let them know so I would be refunded for the extra hour that ended up being charged for the job, as they charge hourly. I called and emailed multiple times where they mentioned they'd check and let us know, I called again and one man said that the workers were not lost so they will keep the charge and hung up before I got the chance to explain that the workers themselves even confirmed I was charged an extra hour. After my 4th call and 3rd email, I received no replies. They had decent pricing, but I was charged extra anyways. Better off going somewhere else and giving your business to honest and professional people.

Started searching for movers which was a task in itself. Got 3 quotes a few months ago and spoke with Gerard, who ultimately was the reason I chose Available Movers.He told me he would send me a good crew, and even answered multiple questions via text in off hours (I was nervous, its moving so I had some on the spot questions)Move day was simple (I had my boxes ready) and the team just took apart all my things, wrapped them and brought them to new place.Less Stress then I made it seem, Recommended! and do not be scared of movers these guys are pretty good at there job!

I used available movers because I was quoted one truck, 4 men and 8 hours. I have moved 7 times in total and it has never taken more than 8 hours. This move took 14 hours. The movers were completely unprepared, overwhelmed and not at all in synch with each other. There was so much time just waiting around for them to take next piece of furniture, pack up the truck and unload it. I paid $200!extra dollars to have my couches and 2 mattresses covered and my mattress was put into a ripped, old looking piece of plastic. When we got to the other house and they were unloading the truck, I found my mattress laying on the ground uncovered. 13 of my items and pieces of furniture are damaged including the walls. I have never experienced such ineptness in my life. They tried charging me for a 14 hour move and when I payed a lot of extra money but refused to pay for the total of 14 hours, they said I could not put in a claim. This company was misleading and completely sneaky and overcharged me an extra $700 after the initial $2500. Please reconsider using this company. I have never dealt with people like this. Any other company would be a much better choice!
