Went to go get my battery/alternator tested to see which one is bad turned out to be my battery , so I bought a battery from autozone and I asked the employee if he can help me put it on , he looks at me smirked and told me he can’t someone stole all there tools . That’s the most stupidest thing I ever heard , the employees at this autozone lets anyone cut in line and when you say something about it they don’t care , they tell a lot of wrong information about vehicles and they are very lazy!

?? THE PARKING LOT IS ALWAYS FULL! VEHICLES PARK ANYWHERE! IF U PARK N THE STREET! PLEASE B VERY CAREFUL! SO MECHANICS USE THAT SPACE 2 REPAIR ANYONE'S VEHICLE! PARKING THERE ALWAYS ENDS UP WITH A PHYSICAL ALTERCATION WITH SEVERE VIOLENCE! REMEMBER AUTO ZONE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE! THE VIOLENCE TOOK PLACE IN THE STREETS!!!! (GUNS/KNIFES)

Brought my battery here to charge came back in less than 24 hours my car battery(oem bmw) magically could not be found any more they did nothing to help now I have to buy a new one will not be returning to this location anymore!

Listen I work for a company that is hired by corporate to go in pick up a random item and let them know how the employees were how the store is maintained etc. Essentially I’m a secret shopper it’s just a easy paycheck so all the stores I’m sent to I tell everyone who I am cause I hate snitching and I’ve worked retail before so trust me I know BUT… closing your doors 30 mins just so you can sit on your phone and do nothing is unacceptable and when I knock on the door and visibly tell you “yo y’all close at 10 it’s 9:32” and you just brush me off and laugh especially when this store is surrounded by mechanics so it’s not a high traffic store for auto parts etc. it’s ridiculous and sadly this is why my job exists management should really check the times and cameras said employee is just locking the doors early and collecting a check. Do better. Btw the item the wanted me to by was windshield wipers all of this could’ve been avoided for a quick item that would’ve taken you 2mins.
