This auto zone has to be by far the worse one I’ve been too. Apparently, Joel decided to tell me his manager said he can’t take back any returns unless it was purchased at this store. I’ve never in all my years heard of such nonsense. They decided to come up with there own rules. This is not how a business is supposed to be run. I have a picture of the policy from in the window. Which doesn’t state what they said. I also have a picture of the guy Joel who refused to return my item. Mind you he’s busy attending things with his phone. I’m also trying to figure out why the managers name isn’t posted by the window. I live in Long Island they would never do such a thing like this location had. I was on trying to return it here cause I was sick and a friend was taking care of me that lived in this neighborhood. She needed me to purchase something for her car. Didn’t think that it would be so unorganized. I did figure it was a unpleasant neighborhood. This Autozone proved it. Not to mention, I called the corporate and they claim on the recorded line they would get back to me within 48 hours. They still haven’t gotten back to me. I will never ever go back to an Autozone I’m officially done! I refuse to spend my hard earned money on a place where they hire incompetent people. Now this is the part I like. Law suite time. This is how I get rich off of company’s hiring people who prove to not be so bright at a simple job. LmL

Anything to do with cars parts. Basic they sell. If you need a part and they don't have. They can order it from another store. And have it for you. Good CS. Has parking. Bilingual.

Every time I come here it's a waste of time, the manager is as useless she doesn't even help the new guy make sales I was about to drop a few hundred dollars the but left because of the lack of motivation to make sales

This it’s the worst I’m mean the worst AutoZone store I ever been to from the management to the employees clueless people very angry rude and forget about if you call this location you will be on hold forever so please don’t go here because you will have the worst customer service ever exist

I recently visited this location to buy a new battery for my vehicle. The inexperience person on that particular day at the front desk make me go back to the parking lot twice in a raining day requesting photo of my vehicle battery because she didn't know what battery size was the correct for my vehicle by the way a very popular SUV. I told her and I also informed her that the computer system they use shows all of the battery options and size for every vehicle but she still insisted for me to bring photos. So I did bring the photos then she walked me to where they have all the batteries for me to pick one because she was still not sure. Another employee was chatting with her and he seen to be clueless as well.

I was surprised at how nice the young men in this store are. They were pleasant and knowledgeable which is so much better than some of the other locations.

My hood wouldn't open. Stopped at 2 places on my way to AutoZone. They were baffled and couldn't help me. At AZ-Burnside, John had it open in 2 mins and showed me how to correct the problem. I shoulda went straight there from the start.
