I came I. To see if they could check a light that came on in my car but I was declined service because he said he was the only one in the front. I don’t feel that was good customer service because there was no attempt to even assist me in anyway even if I had to wait. There was also other workers that were there so again the attempt to help was not there so for that I won’t return to this AutoZone ever.

Place is trash . Always long lines and never enough people manning the counter . Different manager every time I go to the location . Created an order for pick up ,never got an email to say my order was ready . Tried calling multiple times just to be put on hold for almost an hour .Get off work , go to the store for them to tell me some of my items are out of stock and they have to issue a refund which we all know takes a few days of not more . That’s crazy considering they had 5 plus hours to notify me that items weren’t in stock or even try to get the items from the hub or another location . I have to give one star just to get past the screen if not it wouldn’t be getting any

The Autozone at this location 2102 Jerome Ave, Bronx, NY 10453, is horrible. The y close the store 1 hour before time, they do not take return if the item was purchased at other store an claim that this is their return policy, consumer affairs should intervene this location. Very bad

I'm buying something and looking and for no reason they call me security and order me to leave. As far as I understand there is no time limit to buy, I just have to deal with some garbage that day I hope no one goes through this again.

To go to AutoZone you need time that you will have to waste searching or asking because there is no continuous supervision they lack friendliness they lack customer service discipline

Store is closed early without even posting a sign. I was there at 8:45pm and the store hours are posted until 10pm. Employees inside just make the sign of slitting throats and pointed down the street. They could hear me ask through glass if other stores were open, but then they turned their backs and just ignored me. Hopefully no one actually got hurt here based on the signs they were making. Maybe it's just a very dangerous store and they closed early because something horrible happened. hope I'm wrong, and everyone's ok. I had to tell other people that pulled into the lot that the store was closed because they didn't respond to them either.
If they are just closing early because of staffing, at least post a sign saying which nearby store(s) are open. Even if something horrible did happen, the management should at least post a closed sign so that we don't have to ask the employees cleaning up.

I went there at 8:32pm and the doors were closed. The sign clearly says they close at 9:00pm. When i called some guy said they close the door at 9pm but at 8:30 they start closing procedures. I told him I was there and the door was closed and it was 8:32pm, he just kept repeating himself “ we close the door at 9pm and start closing procedures at 8:30pm”. If they close the door at “9pm” why are the doors locked at 8:32pm…..

I ended up coming to the wrong AutoZone, but I came to this location and Angel was very helpful. He went the extra mile to check my fuses. I’m very appreciative because I saved a lot of money today with him. Great customer service I had the best experience since I’ve been coming to AutoZone.

Horrible horrible service the employees will talk about their personal life in front of you instead of actually working .. also the manger here will pick and choose who she wants to help; Refused to make a return of an untouched item because it was purchased at another location . I called AutoZone costumer service and made a complaint and they didn’t even know why she did that . Don’t come here .

This auto zone has to be by far the worse one I’ve been too. Apparently, Joel decided to tell me his manager said he can’t take back any returns unless it was purchased at this store. I’ve never in all my years heard of such nonsense. They decided to come up with there own rules. This is not how a business is supposed to be run. I have a picture of the policy from in the window. Which doesn’t state what they said. I also have a picture of the guy Joel who refused to return my item. Mind you he’s busy attending things with his phone. I’m also trying to figure out why the managers name isn’t posted by the window. I live in Long Island they would never do such a thing like this location had. I was on trying to return it here cause I was sick and a friend was taking care of me that lived in this neighborhood. She needed me to purchase something for her car. Didn’t think that it would be so unorganized. I did figure it was a unpleasant neighborhood. This Autozone proved it. Not to mention, I called the corporate and they claim on the recorded line they would get back to me within 48 hours. They still haven’t gotten back to me. I will never ever go back to an Autozone I’m officially done! I refuse to spend my hard earned money on a place where they hire incompetent people. Now this is the part I like. Law suite time. This is how I get rich off of company’s hiring people who prove to not be so bright at a simple job. LmL

Anything to do with cars parts. Basic they sell. If you need a part and they don't have. They can order it from another store. And have it for you. Good CS. Has parking. Bilingual.
